The whole experience was a positive one from start to finish. Any issues along the way were sorted out by Longin within good time, so I've got nothing negative to say. I've turned my Volkswagen Caddy into a day van/ mini camper van and it's been running well. I wouldn't change anything about my visit.

Other than waiting for a dent to be repaired which was agreed before taking the car, everything has been great. Throughout the whole process everyone was easy to deal with, and it was a nice touch being able to take the car out on a test drive before going ahead with it.

Off the top of my head I can't think of anything Phantom Motor Company could do differently for 5 stars, but it was a great first time experience to say the least. My Audi Q5 has been running as it should with no issues.

There was a bit of a delay getting my log book through, but I've got it now and there's no more outstanding paperwork. I was happy with everything else about my experience. When I agreed to take the car, I came back to collect it and it was great to see the team had charged it to 100%

My Audi E-Tron has been great so far. The battery life isn’t as long as I thought because I’m getting around 160-170 miles from an 80% charge. For the miles I tend to do, it works perfectly for my school runs and office trips I make a couple of times a week. It drives really nicely, and overall, it’s a lovely car. Kevin looked after me throughout the process and he was great. I thought he was very honest and informative from start to finish, especially about the electric side of things, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a salesman like that, and because of his service, I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next car.

Without a shadow of a doubt Phantom Motor Company deserves 5*. Before heading down to the dealership to view the Mercedes we had to call up and change our appointment a couple of times because of work and stuff but this was never a problem, which was appreciated. Once we arrived at Phantom, Kevin showed us to the car and as soon as my wife sat in the drivers seat, she knew it was the one. It's been a great car ever since and the most important thing is that she's happy with it.

My Audi Q2 has been fab! Recently I have had something pop up called an Audi sense so I will take a look to see what that is, but otherwise it's been great. The car is smooth to drive and I'm really enjoying it. Kevin was the salesman on the day and although I knew what I wanted, he was brill and not once tried to pressure me into anything.

This is my first time owning an Audi E-Tron and while Alisrair was very knowledgeable about the car I think there is a lot more to the car that I need to learn, but he explained all the key points. I've now got a charging box at the side of my house, and I'm finding that I can get away with putting it on charge once a week. It's my first electric car and I find charging it overnight to be so convenient. So far, I love it. 4.5* Just because there were a few bumps in the road but it's nothing that was in Alisrair control.

This was my first time visiting Phantom Motor Company and I was very impressed with the level of service from the team! Anthony was the salesman who looked us and he was great. He answered all of my questions before going ahead with the car and when it came to the paperwork he was very helpful to make sure it had all been filled in correctly.
