I love my Jaguar, it is such a beautiful car. It's all thanks to Longin for being fantastic and pushing everything through quickly. The car is immaculate, and I even got a nice little gift in the back of my car with an umbrella, so I cannot really ask for much more than that. I would highly recommend Phantom Motor Company to anyone. They fully deserve 5 out of 5.

Kevin was a true gentleman, you don't get many people like him now a days. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. His honesty and straightforward approach made a lasting impression. The icing on the cake? After buying my BMW, I discovered a lovely bottle of wine waiting for me inside! which was a thoughtful touch that truly made the experience memorable.

No complaints whatsoever! I'm really happy with the service from Phantom Motor Company. So far there hasn't been any issues, and I love it. I was looking for a KIA for some time, and I found one online at Phantom that had a good spec, decent mileage, and was within the price range that I needed. After reading their reviews, which were all positive, it gave me confidence to buy my car from them, and things worked out really well. Longin was a really nice guy and so helpful. I would recommend Phantom Motors to family and friends, and I would shop here again when I need an upgrade.

This is the first time using Phantom Motors in Wigan. I found them on AutoTrader, and I'm so happy to have done so. I can certainly see why they are ranked as one of the top dealerships in the UK. No pushy salesman, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff, well-maintained, reliable and presented cars, a fast turnaround, and good aftersales—what more could somebody ask for from a car dealership? 

I have no reason to give Phantom Motor Company anything less than a five because everything was spot-on. It was a really quick process. I messaged Kevin on a Tuesday morning, and I was driving away in my Mercedes the following day. I've had no hiccups so far. It was nice to see that Phantom Motor Company was in a completely different league compared to the last car I bought from another dealership, where I had constant issues.

Alistair was fab. I have no complaints at all about anything that he did for me. A solid five-star service from start to finish. 

The car I purchased from Phantom Motor Company in Wigan, an MG, has been a joy to drive. Although I don’t use it extensively, it serves its purpose perfectly for my commute to the station and back. The performance and quality of the car have truly impressed me. Andrew, the salesperson, was incredibly helpful and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with everything. Given the level of service I received from Andrew, I will definitely be returning to buy my next car from him.

Having found the perfect car for an upcoming work project, at the Phantom Motor Company, I quickly arranged myself an appointment to view the Ford Ranger, and it really didn't disappoint. It was exceptional in every aspect, very aesthetically pleasing, and just a very practical car. Both of the staff members I dealt with were great; everything was explained and streamlined, so the process went very smoothly. The entire experience was stress-free.
