To review my purchase of my Porsche Macan, I would simply say: the car is working well, it drives great with zero problems and I believe the price was fair for the product I got. The staff were attentive and welcoming and gave the attention and detail where needed.

My car is fine and I am very happy with Adam service is very good.

I have already recommend Phantom to a few people, my experience was just fantastic! Adam sealed the deal for me by far the best salesman I've come across and not pushy and no hard selling tactics. He certainly knows his stuff, amazing knowledge and a lot of experience with cars/selling. Its been a breath of fresh air dealing with Adam and Phantom as a business, the previous car I have had was non-stop problems so its been nice to deal with a professional company. The car is just a dream, I'm obsessed with it, I highly recommend visiting Phantoms showroom if you're after a high quality car. Adam ensured I was happy with everything before I drove away, and I've had a follow up to check all is still well... you don't get better than that!

Everything is going well my new BMW 5 Series, it's driving well and handles great. Kevin dealt with me and was brilliant, that side of things was great, very simple and straight forward.

Cannot fault anybody at Phantom everybody I spoke to was absolutely brilliant the service was fantastic from everybody. The Merc is a dream absolutely perfect I love it. I'm never out of the thing and couldn't be happier!

I recently upgraded to a Mercedes A Class and its a top car I'm over the moon with it, its taking a little while to get used to everything and figure it out but thats the fun bit! Everything has been great with the car and I can't thank Adam enough for his amazing customer care. He sorted everything out for me down to the paperwork and was always on time with everything, once we had sealed the deal I was pretty much in and out, no delays or hanging around. I would be more than happy buying future cars here and recommending to my close family and friends.

Since I bought my Jaguar F-Pace I have referred numerous people to Phantom for their new cars. I can guarantee I will be back in a year or two for my next car. I have bought many cars in my time and usually from large establishments, franchises/named dealerships... I can wholeheartedly say, I have never been treated as well as I have at Phantom. I took a 'risk' to buy from an independent dealership, and I'm glad I did... I will not be buying from mainline dealers from now on. I'm very very pleased with the Jaguar, its a beautiful car and I exactly what they said it was, in tip-top condition and 'like new'. Craig was impeccable, from end to end, there is nothing to complain about, in fact I don't think I could even give room for improvement feedback, he was perfect! If I could give more stars for Craig and his team at Phantom, I would!!

When my son Purchased his Audi TT from Phantom he was over the moon, when I had a look at it I was totally envious of the car, such a fab little car and very well looked after. I had a Range Rover Evoque, quite aged, but I was happy with it and wasn't looking to upgrade it yet... until I saw what I could have had. 2 weeks later I popped down to Phantom and they had another TT in and it looked amazing... I couldn't not buy it, it was perfect... the most impulsive and unnecessary purchase I've made yet to date, but I'm so impressed with it and do not regret buying it. The car is amazing, its so nice to drive and lovely on the roads. I thought I would struggle with the difference in size, but actually the TT isn't as small as you'd think, and it shifts a whole lot quicker too! Adam was a blessing when I bought it, a very nice lad and ever so helpful. I had private plates on the Range Rover and I couldn't get them off so Adam transferred them over to the TT for me without hesitation. They put 4 brand new tyres on the car and it had a fresh MOT, service and valeted to an immaculate standard. I am so so pleased and highly recommend Phantom Motor Company to anybody thinking of buying a new car.
