Phantom Motor Company is the only dealership I will buy a car from. Recently, I purchased an Audi Q2 from them, and the car is sensational. As soon as I took it for a test drive, I was sold; I couldn't have asked for a better car. The team at the dealership were amazing; I couldn't fault them in any way. When I'm in the market for my next upgrade, Phantom Motor Company will be my go-to dealership. Highly recommend!

I recently went to Phantom Motor Company to test drive an Audi A1 I found online. The car was perfect; it had all the features I wanted, It was smooth on the road and really comfortable to drive. Once I made my decision, the sales team was on hand to answer all my questions and quickly sort out the paperwork. My experience from start to finish was seamless, and I am over the moon with my new car.

I was browsing Car Gurus when a Mercedes C-Class caught my eye. It was everything I wanted and more; the colour, alloys, and interior made it an easy decision. Since the dealership was quite far away, I called them, and the team at Phantom Motor Company was brilliant. They offered to send me an in-depth walkaround video of the car so I could see it properly. I had the car delivered, and it was spot on, in immaculate condition, and exactly as described. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by a welcoming team who allowed me to take my time inspecting the car without any pressure to buy. The Range Rover Evoque was everything I was looking for, and since acquiring it, driving it has been a brilliant experience. Chelsea was happy to accommodate my need for a quick turnaround, and she managed to turn the Merc around on the same day. She was informative and offered me a test drive, although I was in a rush and couldn't take it. It was nice to be offered, though. I would happily use them again.

Phantom Motor Company were amazing from the first point of contact, right till they delivered my new jaguar 160 miles to my front door. Chelsea was fantastic and very professional. Answered my queries promptly even if I was asking questions out of office hours. Brian the driver who delivered my car was very helpful and informative. He made the handover very easy. Since driving away in my BMW M4 I've been out in t most days and it's been a brilliant car to be honest I've not come across any issues with it other than the fact it's a little it thirsty but I though it might be. Chelease was the young lady who looked after me and I thought she was brilliant, honestly I can't fault her at all.

I'm getting on okay with my Mercedes A-Class; it's been fabulous. It was my first time driving an automatic, and it was such an easy transition. On the day, I saw 2 cars out of all the options available. The other one was difficult to get in and out of, but the Mercedes was perfect for me. I'm still getting used to the gears being on the steering wheel, but luckily my son has a Mercedes and showed me everything about the car, even though Brian already showed me. He made sure to look after me at the dealership. A big thank you to Brian for the excellent assistance.

A first-class dealership that goes the extra mile to ensure that they deliver the best customer service possible. They always kept me in the loop with the progress of my Evoque and when it would be ready to collect. Longin always stuck to his word and did exactly what he told me he would do. I would 100 percent buy another car from Longin in the future and from Phantom Motors.
