What a quick turn around Kevin managed to pull off with my Renault Kadjar! Me and my partner walked into the dealership in the morning to have a look at the large selection of cars they had in stock. We saw the Renault amongst all of the cars but we weren't 100% set on getting it, so we went away to think about it. We then came back in the evening, and this is when we started speaking to Kevin, he was great! Nothing was to much trouble for him and you could tell he is proud to deliver amazing customer service. On the second visit, we decided to take the car home and we are very happy we went for it, it's been amazing.

After seeing my Land Rover Discovery online, I called up to get some more information and I think the gentleman who answered was Longin but I'm not 100% sure. Anyway, he answered all of my questions about the car and I had full faith in what he was telling me, so I went ahead with the car. We arranged a day for delivery and it didn't disappoint because the car was delivered on time and in great condition. Overall, everything has been great and I'm very happy with my car.

No hassle experience, thanks to Phantom Motor Company. I took the car out on a test drive and straight away I knew I wanted it, so Longin did everything he could to make sure I could drive it away on teh same day. There was a slight delay with the funds but this was due to my finance company not realising the money. After we got over that hurdle, everything went smoothly.

Brian was nothing but pleasant and polite to deal with from the very start. He managed to answer all of my questions about the Volvo XC90 so it gave me peace of mind when I drove it away from Phantom Motor Company.

This is the first time I've ever bought an electric vehicle, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Luckily Chelsea was on hand to tell me everything I needed about the Audi E-Tron before I committed to the purchase. I had a 60 mile trip back to home, but Chelsea made sure to put some charge in the car before I set off. It's really opened my eyes to the difference between petrol and electric, I don't think I could ever go back to petrol or diesel cars.

I'm absolutely delighted with my Volkswagen Tiguan, honestly, I'm dead chuffed with it. I've had the car since January and it's treated me so well. As interested as I was in the car, I wouldn't have gone ahead with the purchase if the customer service wasn't reflected, but it 100% was. Login was very open about the history of the car and he even went out of his way to give me the keys to have a look around it at my own pace. You don't get this at many companies, so it was nice to have that freedom.
