I've gone from a lovely Jaguar E-Pace to a superb F-Pace that I'm very pleased with. I really like to look after my cars so when I saw the condition of the Jaguar online, I was happy to go and see it in person to see if it was as advertised and luckily it was.

Phantom Motor Company is a lovely place, and I'd happily get another car from here in the future because everything was easy. I part exchanged my Ford Fiesta in, which I felt I got a fair price for in the end, so I can't complain. I'm just waiting for my tax refund to come through for my old car. I would 100% recommend people getting a car from here.

For my first electric car I've found the transition to be a bit difficult, but I'm slowly getting used to it the more I drive it but it's a lovely car for the most part. Chelsea was amazing once the ball was rolling. She talked me through the differences between petrol and electric cars before making the switch, I felt I took the right amount of time I needed to look around the Audi without feeling pressured.

I was in the market for a bigger car because the grandkids are slowly getting bigger, so getting them in the back of my Audi A1 has been a nightmare. When I saw the Vauxhall Mokka online, I was happy to view it. The customer service was amazing and Kevin made me feel very welcome from the word go.
