I knew what car I wanted to view before I arrived at the dealership and that was the Audi E- Tron. Chelsea took good care of me while I was buying the car. There wasn't any questions she couldn't answer, so I couldn't be happier with the customer service she provided me.

The car isn't actually for me, I bought it for my granddaughter, who is currently learning to drive. She has her test next week so fingers crossed she passes, I have full faith that she will because for the small amount of times I've sat in with her, she has been great. Since my Corsa was in and out of the garage all the time, it was 100% needed for me to start looking for a new car to make sure I wasn't left stranded without a car week in and week out. Chelsea was amazing from the word go, she kind of left me to it, and it felt like it was my choice instead of being pressured into making a decision. Once me and my dad had a look around the car, Chelsea then offered to take it out, and she was happy to wait at the dealership while me/ my dad took it out. This was a really nice touch because I hate people watching me drive. Anyway, we got back to the dealership and I went ahead with it! It's taken some getting used to, but it's such a better car to drive. Easy 5*

You can tell that Brian is clued up because there wasn't any questions he didn't know the answers to about the Mercedes Benz GLC I was looking to purchase. He managed to push everything through quite quickly, and since driving away, I've given the car a good run out, and it's been sound.

It's been a while since me and my husband purchased our Land Rover Discovery Sport but still to this day we are both really impressed with it!
