I've not done as many miles in my BMW 3 Series, I reckon I've only done 1200 miles since the start of the year because I tend to work away a lot, so I never get the chance to use it. I've had a 3 Series before so I knew everything about the car before I even arrived at the dealership. Kevin did offer me a test drive but since I had one before I was happy to just go ahead with it. After a little coffee and a little chat, the car was mine. I'm in the market for another car soon, so I will be back.

Off the top of my head, I can't remember when I purchased my car but it's been sound for the time that I have driven it because I've not had any issues. I've visited this dealership for the first time but only to have a look around. I came back a second time this is when I got my Land Rover RR Sport. Out of the two times I visited the Phantom Motor Company, not once did I feel any pressure to get a car.

Kevin was spot on, he wasn't pushy at all and I think this was a massive selling point when buying my car. I've had it for a couple of months now and it's been spot on.

The perfect car and outstanding service from Chris. He was really welcoming on arrival but left me to it when I was looking around at some of the cars they had available, but as soon as I was ready to ask for some more information, Chris was readily available to help answer all my questions. I got a great deal which made the experience 10/10.

Chelsea was amazing to deal with while I was purchasing my new car! I was interested in the Audi A6 that they had in stock. I wasted no time and approached Chelsea to get some more information on the car. Honestly, there wasn't one question that she couldn't answer, she described the car perfectly which left me with no hidden surprises. I didn't take the car on a test drive but I got past the keys so I could start it up and listen to the engine ticking over. The car has been sound ever since, so I can't complain.

What a pleasure it was to get a car from Phantom Motor Company! I enjoyed every moment of getting my car and even though I only got a Vauxhall Corsa, I couldn't be happier with it. The car has been nothing but reliable and fantastic to drive. All made possible by Brian S who's customer service was impeccable and full credit for how quick he turned the car around ready for collection. I hope to come back here in the future, top marks.

Why haven't I owned an automatic car before!! I've always owned manual cars but due to personal circumstances, I was left driving a courtesy car which was an automatic. I quickly got used to the ease of driving it, and as soon as I was ready to get a new car, I knew it had to be an automatic. After seeing the good reviews online, I headed down to Phantom Motor Company the first time just to take a look around at what they had to offer. This is when I saw the Jaguar F-Pace, I approached Alistair to get some more information and he was great! I got all the information I needed and he offered me a test drive. Now I'm not the most confident at driving new cars so I asked if he would drive and I'd sit in with him, which he was happy to do. Anyway, once we got back to the dealership I was happy to arrange another viewing but with my husband, and on the second visit we had it! - Now my husband always offers to drive and it's great. I don't think I will go back to manual.

I've already recommended Phantom Motor Company to people I know, even my local plumber has said he will see what cars they have in stock. I don't really do long trips on a day to day basis, I mainly do trips around the town but it's been great for both. The team were very friendly and I would happily go back.

My Volvo XC90 has been a great buy to start the year off. 4 months in, and it's still running as good as the day I first picked it up.

My husband tends to use the car more than me but for the trips we've both been on our Mercedes Benz GLC has been amazing, we love it! - It's better on petrol than I thought it was going to be, which is a bonus. I just want to say a big thank you to Alistair who is an amazing asset to the team. He always kept me in the loop with the progress of my car, it was ready quicker than expected and he even helped with the log book because the car had a private registration plate. The perfect experience.
