Unfortunately, I've not managed to do anything other than make small trips to work and back in my Jaguar F-Pace but for the trips I have made, I've really enjoyed driving it. While I was purchasing my car, it was Alistair who was looking after me and I'm glad that he wasn't pushy or tried to use any typical sales tactics, it was just one person speaking to another. I part exchanged my old car in, and I think I got a fair price, so I didn't have any issues going ahead with it.

I'm glad that I purchased my Land Rover Discovery from here because the team were very helpful and informative throughout. Also they were very responsive when I wanted to get in touch regarding an issue with my window, they accepted responsibility and it's been sorted now but it was nice to know they didn't avoid my calls. Great service all round.

What a great experience we had at Phantom Motor Company! My husband was like a kid in a sweet shop with some of the cars in the showroom, but it was the Audi Q3 we travelled to see. Chelsea was brilliant, and she was absolutely brilliant from the very start! She told us everything we needed to know about the car, to make sure we were fully informed before making our decision. Chelsea's communication was brilliant throughout the process, keeping us updated on when the car was ready and addressed every concern we had. When we picked up the car, all the minor adjustments we requested had been taken care of. What truly stood out to us was the amazing approach to customer service. Regardless of whether we were purchasing a £60k luxury car or a £5k vehicle, we were treated with the same level of respect and attention. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

I've had the car for a couple of months now and it's been great.

Since I had such a great experience the first time around, I was happy to come back here a second time to get another car on PCP. On this occasion I went for the Jaguar E-Pace and it's been a great car but ill have to upgrade to an F-pace soon because I've just fallen pregnant! So I'm going to need something bigger! I'll be in touch with Phantom soon and hopefully get the upgrade from here.

The sales process was made very easy by Chelease, it was probably one of the easiest processes I've had when getting a car. She showed me around the car without any pressure but was always available to answer any questions I had. I've had my Land Rover Discovery for a couple of months now, it doesn't do a lot of miles but it's been great for the miles I have put on it.

It's nice to visit a company that doesn't make it overly complicated when getting a car. Kevin took care of absolutely everything and made sure that I understood everything about the paperwork before I signed anything. Brilliant all round and I've already recommended this company to others.

The car was exactly as described online, and after taking it out on a test drive, I was more than happy to go ahead with it. I felt that the warranty could have been explained in a little bit more detail, but other than that, it's been a flawless experience. I would happily come back here in the future.

I've recently moved jobs, so I needed a more reliable car to cope with the extra miles I'll be driving. I went for the Ford Puma and it has been perfect. I've done a lot of small trips and the odd long trip to Yorkshire to visit a friend, and it's been very reliable so far. Chelsea was the saleswoman who looked after me and she really put my mind at ease when getting the car.

Unfortunately, I didn't have my BMW M140i for long before it got stolen off my drive... but for the month I did have it, I really enjoyed it and I'm missing having that much power in a car. On the bright side, for my first time visiting this company the staff were very helpful and professional, so I can't complain.
