Phantom Motor Company is local to me so I went down to have a look at their BMW X6. When I got there the staff were really friendly and got me everything I needed. They gave me the keys to the X6 so I could have a good look around it and then could take it for a good test drive without any pressure. I doubt they would let me do that with a Lamborghini though 😂 I was really happy with the service and given it was a decent enough price I decided to take it. I am glad I did as it drives great and is just superb. I am really pleased with it.

My gaffer has bought a motor from them and he had it for years with no issues so when I wanted a new car for the lass I decided to go to them too. Chelsea was spot on and handled everything when it came to collecting our Range Rover Evoque. James sorted all the finance for me and he was spot on as well. They answered all my questions and I just can't fault them really. The Evoque is going good too, the lass is always running around in it. It only took her 2 days before she curbed the wheels though🤦‍♂️ I would come back to Phantom in the future too, they left a good impression and it was definitely a great recommendation. Top marks all round!

I love my Nissan Leaf, I am so happy with my purchase! Phantom Motor Company is no where near me but when I started looking online this one came up and it was really nice so I thought why not give them a try. When I was buying the car they couldn’t do more for me and they couldn’t be nicer. Truly excellent customer service, they were just lovely and kind people.

I have bought a few cars from Phantom Motor Company and they have always sorted me out. When I wanted a Citroen C4 Picasso it was a no brainer to go back to them as I know they will look after me. It is safe to say I wasn't disappointed, they looked after me just as I expected. My Picasso is running well too, it has handled quite a few trips up and down the motorway to my caravan in the Lake District and there have been no issues.

Kevin was so lovely, he was really easy to speak to and nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was amazing and it was just all so simple and easy. I had to downgrade from my last Audi as it just wasn't working for me with where I am at in my life so it was a sad moment, but sticking with Audi helped soften the blow as I know they are really nice and smooth to drive. I settled on an Audi A3 in the end and I am glad I did as it is just perfect. I am so happy with it but I will definitely be back when it is time to upgrade again! Especially if they throw in another bottle of that lovely 19 Crimes wine, it is one of my favourites so it went down a treat!

My Audi RS5 is amazing. I have done about 1500 miles in it already and I am just so happy with it. There have been no issues whatsoever and I am really enjoying the drive. Chelsea who sold me the car was lovely too, her customer service is very good and she is so friendly! Honestly I cannot fault anything, from the service to the car, I am just delighted with it all!

Poor Chelsea was rushed off her feet when I went to get my BMW X6 but she still managed to look after me well. She got me everything I needed with no complaints. She just gave me a really good buying experience, she was great.

I am really pleased with my Mercedes-Benz E220! It is such a lovely drive and is absolutely brilliant for fuel efficiency, I am getting 50 miles per gallon on average! I mainly use it at the weekend, when I go shooting, as I am in my works van in the week but I think that just makes me enjoy it all the more. It is just fantastic, I love it. Well impressed!

I buy a lot of cars for the CEO where I work so I have had a lot of experience with different dealers as he is constantly changing his cars. The latest is the Audi E-Tron which he is loving at the minute but we will see how long he goes before wanting a switch. I found you guys at Phantom Motor Company really easy to deal with and it has left a good and lasting impression so as long as you have what my CEO is looking for I will definitely be back. Everyone I spoke to at Phantom Motor Company were very polite and got me what I needed. There was a lot of text communication which I imagine is really beneficial for people who cannot answer the phone at work and things. The aftercare team have all been lovely too when I had a few issues and reassured me it would all be sorted. I am very happy with my BMW X3, I really like it and it is definitely the best purchase I have made in a while.
