Nothing was too much trouble for Kevin while I was purchasing my Jaguar I-Pace! He answered every question I threw at him, along with telling me a few more details about the car that I forgot to ask. He did everything he said he was going to, so top marks from me.

Onwards and upwards as they say! I recently left my old job where I had an Audi as my company car and when I left, I of course had to hand the car back, but since I really enjoyed driving it, I wanted one of my own. So I had a look online and went car shopping for a similar model, luckily I found one at Phantom Motor Company that fit my budget. After looking at the good reviews, I was confident enough to arrange a viewing. After being welcomed by Brian, I took the Audi on a small test drive just to make sure everything was running okay with it. He answered all of my questions and concerns about the car before I committed to buying it. 2 months later, and I'm still enjoying the car!

I took a bit of an expensive gamble when it came to getting my car. After seeing the BMW 4 Series online, I called up to enquire about it and it was Alistair who told me everything I needed to know. I took a shot in the dark and signed for the car over the phone. Alistair was a pleasure to deal with, and he even held the car for me until I collected it on the weekend. When I arrived, I was happy to see that it was as described! Making the 2 hour 30 minute drive was worth it. The car has been great every since.

I'm very happy with my Mercedes Benz EQC! I think I'm finally getting used to all of the features that the car has to offer. Although I'm still getting used to how fast it goes because it accelerates really well and picks up a lot of speed. Chelsea's customer service was amazing, she really looked after me. It was raining on the day and she even give me an umbrella to make sure I didn't get wet. I would highly recommend.

It was my first time visiting Phantom Motor Company for both me and my son. He came across the dealership on social media and found a Volkswagen Golf that sparked his interest, so we headed down to the dealership to take a closer look. We were greeted on arrival by the lovely Chelsea, who was very helpful in answering all of our questions about the Golf. We took our time to have a really good look around the car to make sure it was the right car for my son, and after taking it on a test drive, we were happy to go ahead with it. He's been driving it every day since, and he is very happy with it.

What a great company, all of the lads are so sound to get along with, and it really made the process a lot more relaxing. I use my Corsa every day and it's running well. I absolutely love it! Get yourself down to this dealership if you're in the market for a car.

The car is currently in the middle of the ocean (on a boat) and it is currently on its way to Cyprus. Chelsea was the sales rep who sold me the car and she was happy to push everything through quickly, so I have no complaints.

I didn't have to do anything when I visited this dealership, Chelsea looked after me and made everything very easy. I went for the VW Caddy and it has been brilliant, it's good on fuel, its the perfect size. I'm happy with my choice.

First impressions are really important when visiting a dealership but as soon as I stepped foot in the showroom, I was greeted by a lovely salesman who listened to what I was looking for in a car. Once he showed me the Mercedes C-Class he was happy to answer all of my questions to make sure it was what I wanted. I've had it for a couple of months now, and I still love it.
