The guys at Phantom Motor Company are so nice and friendly. I bought a Honda CRV from them and they were just brilliant. The customer service there is really good and the guys are just very nice and made it an enjoyable experience.

Ben was really good and looked after me the whole time I was at Phantom Motor Company. My BMW 218i is lovely too, it is going in to BMW for some reprogramming but it is all covered under the warranty so I am glad I took that out too.

I kept spotting Phantom Motor Company on Autotrader when I was looking for my next car. They seemed to be becoming more and more popular every time I searched on Autotrader so I thought maybe I should give them a closer look. Their reviews all looked positive so I thought why not give them a try. When I went to look at my Land Rover Discovery Sport they gave that fine quality service from start to finish. It was just great all the way through, they weren't pushy or hiding anything it was all just a case of, it is what it is, no issues at all. The car has been banging since I took it away 👌

With the interest rates at the minute we shopped around a lot before deciding on anything. We managed to get a loan with ok rates but only if it was in my name so even though we were looking for a car for my partner specifically we just went with it. It was cheaper to do that and have her as a named driver than the other options. Once all that was sorted we went to Phantom Motor Company together to choose what car we wanted. We settled on a Mercedes-Benz A-Class and Longin sorted it for us to take it out for a quick spin. Given it is mainly for my partner I wanted to be sure it was what she wanted but she was really happy with it. Longin was just a really sound, nice guy. He did a really good job and we are happy with the service we received. We can't knock it at all really. The car was being delivered to us but he had sorted it for the alloys to be refurbished first and they had to outsource it so he called and let us know it may take a bit longer to get it sorted and delivered but it was with us 2 days later! She is out in it all the time now and the sunroof on it is lovely, we just need the nice weather to experience it in all its glory.

Friendly staff professional but not pushy. Great selection of cars. Chose a car was offered warranty and extended warranty at a cost. Dates arranged for collection following a service and Mot. Good communication throughout the process.

I bought my Ford Focus from Kevin and it has been brilliant. It went back into Phantom's aftercare team to have some warning lights looked at but they got them sorted no questions asked. Nothing has been too much trouble for them from the day I bought the car to when we went back. They have looked after me well every step of the way and left me with no worries about the car or the experience.

The customer service at Phantom Motor Company is smashing. They looked after us from the minute we stepped onto the forecourt and made sure we got everything we needed. I love my Jaguar I-Pace although it is going in for some diagnostics on it but Phantom are helping me organise this as it is so expensive at Jaguar if I went independently.

The wife needed an upgrade so I decided I would get in the good books and treat her to a BMW X3. She absolutely loves it and won't let me in it 😂 Definitely got some good husband points in though haha. I was really impressed with the service we received too, everyone was so friendly and just treated us like one of the family. It is fair to say they gave us that 5 star experience.

My Land Rover Defender is awesome. It is in that mean army green type colour and I just love it. Typically, one of the reverse sensors stopped working after I bought it but Phantom arranged for me to get it replaced at Land Rover which was great, it just took Land Rover a while to get the part. I would certainly do business with them again though, I had no problems with them at all they were really good and the only delays were with Land Rover not Phantom themselves.

I cannot fault the service I got from Chelsea. She was just fantastic. Very helpful and polite and just sorted me out with everything I needed.
