Spot on from the word go! - It was my first time visiting this dealership, and it felt like I already knew all of the staff. Everyone was so easy to get along with, and I can't knock how professional they were. I think the salesman directly involved in the sale would have been Brian, and you can tell he knows the industry well because he was able to answer all of my questions about the Jaguar F-Pace. Which gave me complete confidence when going ahead with the purchase.

Bought my dream car with the help of Longin. I read some of the negative reviews on some of the social media sites before I completed the purchase, and I can honestly say my experience has been flawless. The guys at Phantom were open and honest. They were happy for me to plug in my OBD reader before and after a test drive, and no faults were found. I’ll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

As soon as I saw the Audi Q7 online, I knew that I had to have it because I was really struggling to find a specific spec. I called up Chelsea to put a deposit on the car to make sure it didn't sell before I arrived to take a look at it. As soon as I saw it, I wanted it! Chelsea made sure to push everything through quickly because I was heading to France on the same day. She did exactly that, and I was driving it to France on the same day. For me, I couldn't have asked for anything more.

This is my second car I've bought from Phantom Motor Company, and it was Brian who looked after me both times. It was nice to see him again because we have some good chats, and he's very honest about the cars I'm interested in. Since driving away in my Land Rover Evoque it's been brilliant. I would happily return for another car from Brian.

It was my first time buying a car from here, and I can happily say that everything went smoothly. Alister was the gentleman who was looking after me and he was great. I found him to be very approachable when I had any questions about the Audi A8 I was interested in. Since I was part exchanging in my heavy 3l diesel in, we had to get all of the boring parts out of the way, but Alistair made sure it went as quickly as possible, and in the end I think I got a fair price for my car. I'm taking the car to the Isle of Man soon, so I'll see how it handles the long trip.

I've not done as many miles in my BMW 3 Series, I reckon I've only done 1200 miles since the start of the year because I tend to work away a lot, so I never get the chance to use it. I've had a 3 Series before so I knew everything about the car before I even arrived at the dealership. Kevin did offer me a test drive but since I had one before I was happy to just go ahead with it. After a little coffee and a little chat, the car was mine. I'm in the market for another car soon, so I will be back.

Off the top of my head, I can't remember when I purchased my car but it's been sound for the time that I have driven it because I've not had any issues. I've visited this dealership for the first time but only to have a look around. I came back a second time this is when I got my Land Rover RR Sport. Out of the two times I visited the Phantom Motor Company, not once did I feel any pressure to get a car.

Kevin was spot on, he wasn't pushy at all and I think this was a massive selling point when buying my car. I've had it for a couple of months now and it's been spot on.

The perfect car and outstanding service from Chris. He was really welcoming on arrival but left me to it when I was looking around at some of the cars they had available, but as soon as I was ready to ask for some more information, Chris was readily available to help answer all my questions. I got a great deal which made the experience 10/10.
