Chelsea was brilliant. She was very helpful and got everything sorted for us. It was a very quick and efficient process and nothing was too much trouble for her.

With me living in Glasgow, it can be a nightmare trying to find a car. When I saw an Audi RS4 online with Phantom Motor Company I decided to try out buying the car online. It was my first experience of buying a car this way and it was so smooth. While it is very different, it was still a very good experience and nothing went wrong. Once I had enquired about it and bought the car I just arranged to get the train down to collect it rather than having it delivered. When I got there I was amazed to find that the car was exactly as it was pictured. It was completely spotless! I am so impressed with the whole process and the car is such a nice drive. I would definitely go back and would even buy online again in the future. I am a harsh critic though so I can't bring myself to give a full 5 even though I couldn't fault them 😂

My Audi E-Tron is lovely! It had a couple of scuffs in the paintwork but the guys at Phantom Motor Company got these all touched up for me and even gave me a courtesy car while the work was done so that I wasn't put out in any way. They were very apologetic about the scuffs but it looked perfect when they were sorted and I felt well l looked after throughout the whole process.

Everything at Phantom Motor Company is just perfect! The experience was very good and the customer service was perfect. My Audi Q3 is such a nice car and is in tiptop condition. I have misplaced the Service History book but I am sure I will be able to find it or get a copy from the guys at Phantom as they have been happy to help thus far.

I had been looking for an Audi E-Tron for so long and just couldn't find one in good nick. When I saw one at Phantom Motor Company, I was blown away by how nice it looked. It was in such good condition it just sold itself! Kevin was brilliant and just got me everything I needed but I think I made his job easy as he didn't even have to try to sell it to me I just loved it. Typically, after searching for so long for one in good condition, I have only gone and scraped it 🤦‍♀️ I had been driving in Spain for 2 weeks so I just think I had got used to being on the other side and got too close haha! Hopefully it will T-cut out though as it looks worse than it actually is, or that is what I am telling myself anyway.

I found my Audi RS3 online and just fell in love with it. I took the plunge and bought it online with Phantom Motor Company and then just arranged to go and collect it. The team were great from the point of the initial enquiry, right up until the collection. It was such a smooth process and even though I went ahead with the purchase without really seeing it, I was glad to find out that it lived up to the pictures I had seen online. The service has just been great and Kevin was really easy to deal with.

The service I received at Phantom Motor Company was top notch! Alistair was superb. He got me everything I needed, no questions asked and never tried to push a sale. Definitely had that 5* experience with them.

Kevin at Phantom Motor Company was brilliant. He was really lovely and helped me find what I wanted. He even threw in a bottle of wine with the car which was very much appreciated! I am absolutely loving my Audi A7. It is a bit of a beast with it's big wheels so much so that it shakes when you go around a corner haha!

I am over the moon with my Mercedes-Benz E-Class! The engine warning light has just come on but I am going to get that looked at. Otherwise it is running alright and I am happy with it. I had a really good level of service at Phantom Motor Company too which made it even better.

The guys at Phantom are brilliant. The level of service you receive is just really good. They got me everything I needed and just listened to what I wanted rather than trying to push any hard sales. My Tesla Model X is brilliant too!
