Andy was brilliant! I am very impressed with the level of service I received at Phantom Motor Company. I would definitely use them again as there were just no problems. Even when I had some issues with the gearbox, they just got it sorted for me and made sure I could still get around by giving me a courtesy car. It did take a while to get it sorted but that is just due to me living further away. Everything from their side was just brilliant.

Now I am getting older, I decided I didn't want the hassle of a manual anymore and wanted to switch to an automatic. My husband found a Mini Countryman for me at Phantom Motor Company and I absolutely love it. It took a bit of time to get out of the habit of trying to change gear but now I don't think I would ever go back to a manual. My daughter has even got her eye on it for when she passes her test and is taking charge of the radio and everything when she is in it! The guys at Phantom were lovely and really looked after us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! The bottle of wine certainly helped too 🍾

A lot of companies could learn from Phantom Motor Company as their sales team were amazing. From the buying point of view, they gave me one of the best experiences I have ever had. They went the extra mile adding extras like a bottle of wine and an umbrella in the car which, while it seems silly, it goes a long way to making you feel valued. It was just all very good, from the day I messaged to when I went down, they got back to me straight away and it just made all the difference especially as we had driven 6 hours to get there. We were going away so I needed it quicker than their standard turn around but it was no problem and they got it sorted for us within 5 days.

The experience with Phantom Motor Company was excellent. They were easy to deal with all the way through with no problems. We had a couple of issues with our Land Rover Discovery Sport but once we got hold of customer services they were great and happy to help get everything sorted. We have already gone back for another car!

We got our Audi E-tron and it has been great. It is a bit older but it is still running really well and we get enough charge out of it to get a good 190 mile range which is more than enough for the trips we make. The guys at Phantom were really good and helpful and made sure we were nice and comfortable by letting us go on our own for a test drive which was something we hadn't experience before so it was nice of them.

When spending a lot of money on a car, I have to go and see it, I don't know how some people do it all online. When I went to Phantom Motor Company they were nice and friendly and just helped me get what I wanted. They took an interest in the type of cars I liked and weren't trying to push a sale on me. The guy I was dealing with at first left the business between me settling on the BMW 318I and going back to collect it, but the guys at Phantom just picked everything up in his absence and made sure the process continued smoothly with no delays. I am loving the car and it is all well and good. Would give them higher if I could.

Kev was amazing! I booked online to go and see an Audi E-Tron but when I got there Kev sorted everything for me. He got me out on a test drive and I just knew as soon as I drove it that I wanted it. I wasn't quite impulsive enough to take it away on the same day but I did arrange to come back and collect it. I would definitely go back and have already recommended them. We are all really loving the E-Tron and it suits both me and my Mrs. She probably uses it more than I do but for the commuting I do it is great and we both agree it is a really nice car. It is the first electric car I have had and it's a game changer, it is saving me so much money!

My partner and I were expecting our first child so it was definitely time to upsize from our Mini Cooper. We really wanted something from the VW group but we were struggling to find something in our price range that had decent mileage. Phantom Motor Company is just down the road from us and seemed to have a really good selection so we decided to have a look around. There were 2 guys helping us when we were there and they just made us feel really welcome and looked after us really well, especially given my partner was heavily pregnant at the time. We found a 9 year old Audi Q3 that only had around 60,000 miles on it and was a great price so we took it away. It has been a perfect size for our expanding family and fits the pushchair and everything in easily. We would definitely use them again if we need another in the future as they just had a really good selection and good prices for their cars.

With me working away a lot my wife is driving the cars a lot more than me so it is always important for me to make sure she is well looked after if anything does go wrong. Phantom Motor Company have really good warranty and service warranty so I always go back there when we need a new car as it just gives me that peace of mind that she will be able to get any issues sorted when I aren't around. Due to this, when I was looking for an Evoque they were the first placed I looked. I took one away and it has been brilliant apart from the bumper clips being corroded. It was easy to miss though as I only noticed when I was giving it a good polish and felt them under the bumper so it is not the fault of Phantom. The service I received when I was there was really good too so overall I am happy with the experience I had and I would continue to use them in the future.

When I was looking to treat the wife to a new car, we headed to Phantom Motor Company together. I wanted to surprise her but it wasn't worth this risk as I would probably get it wrong 😂 Andrew sorted us a test drive for an Abarth 500 so my wife took it out and she loved it. They gave us all the information we needed and it was all clear with no hidden surprises. Overall though, we had a good experience.
