Since I had a Hyundai I10 before, I knew that the cars were very reliable, so I wanted to purchase a newer model. The only difference between my new Hyundai and my old one is the fact that I went for the automatic, which is the first automatic car I've had. I part exchanged my car in, and I felt that Alistair gave me a fair price for my old car, so I'm happy.

I was in the market for a new car for my dad because he expects me to do everything😀 I had a look online and this is when I found the Nissan Qashqai, which was exactly what my dad was looking for. I headed down to view the car and I was greeted by Chelsea, who was nothing short of amazing!! You can tell that she knows the industry well because she answered every single question I had. I've since taken the car over to my dad in Ireland and he hasn't complained about it so I think I made the right choice.

He really went above and beyond when we requested a video of him walking around the car before we headed down. I can't fault him. My daughter has since had the car, and she loves it.

Very happy in dealing with Alistair and Phantom Motor Company, I purchased the car for a competition so only really drove the car from the dealership to the unit however, the car was incredibly clean when I collected it, there was minimal preparations needed before the winner came to collect it, the customer service was spot on and I think I will be buying another from Phantom in the very near future for another competition.
