Perfect service from Chelsea! I am delighted with my Land Rover Discovery, it is just superb. The only slight grumble is that the door steps are wearing away so they aren't very sturdy. I feel like I am going to go straight through them if I step on them and I don't want to break an ankle! It isn't essential to the car though so I will just get them sorted when I can. Very pleased with the Phantom experience, it has been great right down to the after sales courtesy call which is really good of the company to arrange. Would I use them again? Yes, I would. The car is what I wanted and is just perfect! Overall, I am very happy with Phantom Motor Company.

I had been looking for a BMW I4 for a while when I saw one come up with Phantom Motor Company. It was an hour away from me but the price was just too good to miss so I gave them a call and spoke to Kevin. He was great and sorted it for me to go down. With me already having that good chat with Kevin on the phone I asked for him when I got there and he just made me feel really at home and welcome. I had a good look at it and it lived up to the pictures and there were no nasty surprises. After taking it for a test drive and making sure it was running well I decided to take it. I am absolutely loving it and am so glad I made the trip to Phantom. Can't bring myself to give them 5 stars though, nobody is perfect are they haha.

Living by the sea, I always struggle with finding cars with decent alloys as the diamond finish is just a waste here. When I was looking for a new car, I decided it was time to stop focusing on alloys and focus on the car itself as it is inevitable that I will have to do the alloys anyway. It was disappointing at first getting used to spending a lot of money for it not to have perfect alloys but I just bit the bullet in the end. My Mercedes-Benz GLE43 is an absolute beast and I love it! My favourite thing is putting it in beast mode when I am overtaking electric cars so they can hear it growl and know theirs can't do that haha! Longin at Phantom was lovely though, he picked up on everything for me even though there had been some miscommunication with the sales team before but he just got it all sorted for me. No qualms at all and I am really pleased with it.

As a construction business owner, I need a decent van for all my tools. I am building and renovating houses so as you can imagine, my tools take up a lot of space! Phantom Motor Company were great at helping me find what I needed and Kevin made sure it was suitable for me rather than just trying to push the sale. It all went well on the day and Kevin was all good. The van is ideal for me especially as I am using it in my spare time to build houses for my family too - no rest for the wicked 😂

My daughter and I went to Phantom Motor Company to have a look at a Mercedes-Benz A200 and the guys were brilliant. Longin was looking after us and he let us go on a test drive on our own as he said it was less awkward that way and gives us chance to have a good feel of the car while feeling more comfortable than we might feel with him there which was just a really nice touch. We did have some work done afterwards and found if difficult at times getting through to customer services but Longin and the guys on the day were brilliant.

My Seat Leon is fantastic! Brian was great and helped me get what I wanted and he took the time to put my interests first rather than trying to push me towards a different car or into a sale. He just got me what I needed and the car is running great. Only thing was there was a bit of a delay when I picked the car up but I think I was just impatient then as I wanted to get in my new car as soon as I could.

We have always loved the Land Rover Discovery and had 3 or 4 in the past when they were new before making the switch to a Range Rover Sport. We have 2 cars but we tend to share them so when I got my Maserati in January I was just waiting for her to want a new car too. She says she hates my Maserati so even though she has the Range Rover we decided to start looking for a new one for her. She was missing the Discovery so much but I was convinced we wouldn't find one now as she liked the older ones. Typically, she had to go and prove me wrong and we found one at Phantom Motor Company. It was a bit more expensive than I was expecting but we went for it anyway as we knew it was worth it and we are so glad now that we didn't go for a cheaper one as it drives like its a new car! Andy was looking after us initially when we went to look at the car but then something happened and he wasn't available afterwards but everyone else at the dealership looked after us well in his absence. When we went to pick the car up it wasn't quite ready, which may be due to Andy not being there, but the manager picked it all up for us and just took over and got it all sorted. He dealt with the whole situation great so I would definitely go back. They have the type of cars that I like as I am always looking at cars that are a couple of years old but have low mileage and not a lot of places have that so it is fair to say I will definitely be looking there first when I am ready to change my Maserati.

Phantom Motor Company were fantastic! Throughout the whole process of me getting my Mazda 3 everyone was sound. Andy sorted me out initially and got me on a test drive to make sure I was happy with the car and then Alistair sorted me out when it was time to come and pick it up. Even though there were 2 people handling this, the process was still smooth and everything was sorted and ready for me to take the car away. I am having a parking sensor replaced as one has malfunctioned and messed them all up but I think it is all under the warranty so there are no issues at all. Would definitely use these guys again if I ever needed another car.

The guys at Phantom Motor Company are such a good laugh. I traded in my old 18 plate Porsche for a 23 plate 911 GTS and we had so much banter haggling over the price, it was so funny. Kevin who was dealing with me was just a lovely lad so the whole experience was really nice. I had been wanting to upgrade for a while as I have always loved having a Porsche, it is a dream car really. I am really happy with the whole experience, I got the car I wanted at a good price and I just love it.

My wife is obsessed with her new Audi TT, she won't let me any where near it 😂 She is so happy with it and is speeding off around the place, I swear she has got about 9 points on her license by now! The guys at the dealership were very good, they were all so knowledgeable and helpful. My wife took it off for a test drive without me but she was more than happy with it so I took her word for it and bought it for her. Chelsea explained everything to us and made it super clear when we needed to come back for the car and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. Everything was clear from the beginning and they clarified all the details for us so there was no doubts. Only thing missing was a nice cup of tea.
