Really happy and thankful for Kevin from Phantom Motor Company, he helped me with the purchase of my new Audi Q5. It's my first proper car, I had a Jeep Renegade before and this feels like a hop, skip and a jump in the right direction. We had a little issue with the door in the early stages, this was fixed, very quickly under the warranty. Kevin was really lovely to deal with and I would recommend him and the company to anyone after a new used car.

All good, I have had company cars for the last 30 plus years, I have changed my role and inherited the responsibility of sourcing my own cars again. I entrusted Phantom Motor Company with my business as they had alot of very positive online reviews, a massive selection of vehicles and a fair few I was interested. I can confidently say I made the right decision, the car wasn't without issues but Phantom Motor Company have been very supportive in getting the issues sorted.

Chelsea has been amazing to deal with! She has been absolutely fantastic in everything she did. There were a few problems a little while after I bought the car, everyone was very supportive and the issues were fixed at no cost and detriment to myself. I bought a Grandland X, I have had many cars like this in the past but this is significantly younger than the ones I have had in the past. I have already sent an email in to sing the praises of Chelsea and the team but wanted to share my views with the public too. Phantom Motor Company are an excellent company to deal with and I would recommend them whole heartedly.

I went to Phantom Motor Company as I have a friend who is quite high up, I am also good friends with Ben and he took me round, showed me the cars and went through the sale. I felt there was a healthy balance between our prior friendship and his professionalism, I felt it was nice to see him but I was also treated with the level of respect and given the customer service that any other customer would receive. The car itself is only my second car, I love it to bits and I am so glad I got it, there are however a couple little bits which need looking at and I have it booked in for a couple weeks time to get them sorted.

very pleased to be honest. I didn't ever see myself in a Dacia Duster, the car has been a nice little runner to be fair and ticks all the boxes for what I need. All the staff seem to enjoy the work they do and it reflects well in the customer service. Very recommendable business.

I grew tired of the Vauxhall Adam I have had for so long, it was a great, reliable car but It was time for a change and I had put it off long enough. I bought a BMW 1 Series and it is worlds apart! I am super happy and really look forward to every little errand I get to run, Kevin was great start to finish, I have no qualms at all.

So far so good, overwhelmingly happy with my new Discovery and very happy with the customer service too. Garry was dead on, he ensured everything ran smoothly. Nothing more to say, Phantom Motor Company are a great business and one which comes highly recommended.

I treated myself to a new Polo from Phantom Motor Company, I had a 2010 Polo before and the one I purchased is a 2020 model, The car is a lot more modern and has more bells and whistles, it just feels a lot comfier and safer to drive. I have not had any problems and don't expect to have any either, if I do have any problems, I feel Kev and the team would take good care of me and will help me get anything resolved.

My car is mechanically brilliant, I love it to bits. Ali was very good, his customer service is second to none, his was transparent with everything and made me aware of everything. I felt really comfortable dealing with Alistair.
