This is the first time using Phantom Motors in Wigan. I found them on AutoTrader, and I'm so happy to have done so. I can certainly see why they are ranked as one of the top dealerships in the UK. No pushy salesman, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff, well-maintained, reliable and presented cars, a fast turnaround, and good aftersales—what more could somebody ask for from a car dealership? 

I have no reason to give Phantom Motor Company anything less than a five because everything was spot-on. It was a really quick process. I messaged Kevin on a Tuesday morning, and I was driving away in my Mercedes the following day. I've had no hiccups so far. It was nice to see that Phantom Motor Company was in a completely different league compared to the last car I bought from another dealership, where I had constant issues.

Alistair was fab. I have no complaints at all about anything that he did for me. A solid five-star service from start to finish. 

The car I purchased from Phantom Motor Company in Wigan, an MG, has been a joy to drive. Although I don’t use it extensively, it serves its purpose perfectly for my commute to the station and back. The performance and quality of the car have truly impressed me. Andrew, the salesperson, was incredibly helpful and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with everything. Given the level of service I received from Andrew, I will definitely be returning to buy my next car from him.

Having found the perfect car for an upcoming work project, at the Phantom Motor Company, I quickly arranged myself an appointment to view the Ford Ranger, and it really didn't disappoint. It was exceptional in every aspect, very aesthetically pleasing, and just a very practical car. Both of the staff members I dealt with were great; everything was explained and streamlined, so the process went very smoothly. The entire experience was stress-free. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the entire time at the phantom Motor company due to the professional, high standards, and overall attitude and friendliness of the staff, so I will be sure to recommend you to friends and colleagues alike.

Having recently collected my Audi A6 from Phantom Motors, I have to say it is quite possibly the best dealership I have ever been to. The staff were clearly very well trained, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, so a big kudos to both Kevin and Chelsea for being nothing short of brilliant. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy the car on the day, which was just a breath of fresh air, no hoovering or pestering at any stage, gave me the space I needed to make my own evaluation of the car, and if they were needed, they were at hand to answer any of my questions. The test drive was brilliant, and again, Kevin took the time to go over the car's additional options and other perks. So, to be honest, I was more than sold that this was the car for me by the time we returned to the lot. It was just great to see a place run like clockwork. As mentioned already, everyone was super friendly and honestly extremely likable. It is safe to say that I will most definitely be using your service again.

I can't recommend The Phantom Motor Company enough; they have been nothing short of brilliant. I'm really made up with Kev; he is a top bloke and really happy with the level of service and quality of my new VW Passat. It is in terrific condition, and on purchase I was even treated to a complimentary bottle of wine, which was very much appreciated. It is the little things that make this dealership great, and I do genuinely feel like a valued customer, so thanks once again. 5 stars

I finally have the car I have always hoped for, an Audi Q3, from Phantom Motor Company, I must say everything went smashingly on the day. Chelsea was a delight, really helpful throughout the entirety of my purchase, and even though the car had a minor issue on the day, this was very swiftly rectified by the time I came to collect the car. So, all in all, just a great experience, and it is nice to know there are reliable dealers out there. Thanks once again.

After scouring through the internet to find a much more spacious car for me and my family, I was pleasantly surprised when I finally found one that met all my requirements regarding the needing a large boot, the overall comfortability of the car, and its need to have low mileage. The fact that it was at such a great price was just a bonus. Luckily for me, the Kia was located just around the corner at Phantom Motors, so I did not have to take too long of a journey to view the car. On arrival, I was met by Longin, the sales agent, who was great, took the time to go over the details of the car, answered all my questions, and gave me the space I needed to look over the car in my own time. Having decided the car was for me, I arranged a time to come and collect the vehicle, and to be honest, the car looked even better than on initial viewing; they clearly had taken the time to make sure it was in pristine condition and ready to go. Chelsea took over the handover process on the day, and it was perfect. I really appreciate the professionalism shown throughout my experience, and I must say I am an incredibly happy customer and have already recommended you to friends and family.
