I recently visited Phantom Motor Company to check out an Audi Q3 that my partner found online. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was exactly as advertised and ticked all my boxes. It looked even better in person, and I was immediately drawn to it. The dealership allowed me to test drive the car, which gave me a good feel for it, and I absolutely loved it. The drive was smooth and comfortable, and I knew it was the perfect choice for me. I can't thank the staff at Phantom Motor Company enough. They were wonderful, answering all my questions and never making me feel pressured to buy. The entire process was really relaxed and enjoyable.

I was looking online for an upgrade and came across a Land Rover Discovery at Phantom Motor Company. The car was very reasonably priced and in fantastic condition. Since the dealership was quite a distance from me, I opted for delivery, which turned out to be a really smooth process. The car arrived on time and was even better in person. I'm very satisfied with my experience, five stars all round!

I love my new Ford Ranger. It is such a nice car, and I am so happy. You would certainly know if I wasn't 😂. Fantastic customer service from the sales team at this dealership, and I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience.

My Jaguar has not skipped a beat since I bought it. Alistair was excellent; he was a really nice guy who looked after me properly. I have not used Phantom Motor Company before; I found the car on AutoTrader, and I have seen a few signs on the M6 for this dealership when driving back from Northamptonshire to pick up my son. They have a lovely selection of cars, and I will be recommending them to my work colleagues when it is time for them to get their next toy.

Brian was very good. He was able to answer any questions I had and explain things clearly and thoroughly. I did not feel pushed into anything, and I was given plenty of time to make an informative decision about whether I wanted to buy my Audi from Phantom. The deal got done in the end, and I walked away very happy with what Brian and this company had done for me.

From the moment I took possession of my Hyundai from Phantom Motors, I was very satisfied. The car's performance has been spot-on, and it has quickly become a joy to drive. I did a part exchange on my Polo GTI, which I only had for five months, because I realised it wasn't for me. Longin worked hard to secure me a deal that was fair. His efforts resulted in an offer, which I was happy to accept. I rate Longin and Phantom Motors a solid five for all of their effort in getting me a fair deal and a the perfect car.

Really happy with my Peugeot and even though I didn't purchase the most expensive car from here, I still felt like they treated me with the same respect as someone who was getting a premium car.

I'm very pleased with my Honda CrV that I had the pleasure of getting from this dealership. I think Brian has left now (the salesman) but he still deserves recognition because he provided me with a great service and I found him to be very helpful. He even went out of his way to arrange delivery of the car which was nice of him. Easy 5 stars .
