I really can't fault Pickering Motor Company at all, Andy was fantastic, he was very friendly, attentive and above all... extremely helpful. He really looked after me, he made sure I was 100% happy with everything. I have been looking for a Volkswagen Caddy for around 3 years, so when I saw this particular Caddy with Pickering's I was massively impressed. I have been looking for a specific; year, mileage, condition and price. And its exactly what I wanted, I snapped Andy's hand off for this, I wasn't letting it slip away. The Caddy is perfect, its lovely to drive and was in pristine condition when I collected. I will definitely go back to the dealership when I'm ready to upgrade and I will be recommending to friends and family too.

The customer service was very good, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The Peugeot Partner I bought was great value for money. It was quick and easy, there was no waiting around the van was ready for the time agreed. I can't fault the service, van or process at all. I'd be happy to buy here again.

I had looked around for some time for a Volkswagen Caddy and I didn't realise I was so close to Pickering Motor Company. When I found the a Caddy with the dealer is was by far the cheapest around, the prices are extremely competitive. The van has very low mileage and is in great condition, so I was shocked at the price. Its perfect for what we bought it for. There was a few bits that needed sorting when I bought and I took it down to Pickering's and they sorted it that day. The gentleman that dealt with the sale was very approachable and accommodating, he ensured everything was ready on time and answered all questions I had. The Caddy is driving and running very well, and we're highly impressed with it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle here, customer service levels are by far the best I've received.

Andy was absolutely fantastic, he went above and beyond to get things sorted for me. The process was quick, easy and enjoyable. I went down to see the Vauxhall Vivaro and it was by far the best condition/price for what I had seen around. I'm really happy with the van, I can't fault it. I did have a slight issue with it very soon after buying and Andy got this sorted within a couple of hours for me, very efficient. The customer service was brilliant, from sale, during and even after the sale Andy was helpful, professional and very knowledgeable! I will be back to Pickering Motor Company when I'm ready for something new, but for now I will recommend to friends and family looking for a reliable and genuine dealership.

Buying a vehicle is usually a stressful and hard time, but not with Pickering Motor Company. They made it as easy as possible for me to the get the van I wanted. I wanted to buy a van to convert into a camper, and the Peugeot Boxer that Pickering had in was perfect. I've nearly completed the conversion, so we are keen to get out and about in it. Everybody I spoke to was extremely helpful and polite, the whole process was quick and smooth. The Boxer was a great price, and they delivered it to me, which was super helpful! Over-all a great experience, I would happily buy another vehicle from this dealership, I'll definitely be recommending to others too.

I was shocked at the speed that it all went through, the guys at Pickering Motor Company worked hard to get everything sorted for me as soon as possible. I went down mid-morning and viewed the Citroen Berlingo, the guys were great, very friendly and helpful. I liked the car and agreed the sale and I was driving away that afternoon, it was a quick and smooth transaction. The car is just like new, its in top condition, low mileage, I'm really impressed with it. The Berlingo is certainly serving its purpose and I can see us getting many happy miles out of it, but when we are ready in a few years time, Pickering Motor Company is where we will be coming for our next car. Super impressed from start to finish - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everything was perfect! From the first initial contact to driving away the customer service was up there. Can't fault the Volkswagen Caddy I bought, I've not been able to get out in it that much, but what I haven driven of it, I'm really pleased. I had no doubts about buying the van from Pickering Motor Company, the price was right, the mileage was low and the spec was exactly what I was looking for.
