Cant fault the lads at Pickering Motor Company, I was parting with a lot of money and risking buying online but the customer service was spot on. I found a VW Caddy Maxi Life and it fit the bill. The lad that dropped it off was on top form, very friendly, chatty and helpful. The Caddy was clean and better in real life than the advert photos, very impressed.

All very good feedback regards Pickering Motor Company, we dealt with the salesman remotely and he was very responsive via emails and telephone, very helpful and informative. The customer service through-out was very good and that carried through to the delivery, the chap bought the Peugeot Partner on a low loader, he was particularly helpful, he gave us a full demonstration, was very friendly and arrived bang on time, a very good experience. The Peugeot is great, very happy with it.

There's not a thing wrong I could say about the dealership or the Vauxhall we bought, its brilliant absolutely brilliant. We are really happy with it and its opened up lots of doors, were over the moon. Everything was great with Pickering Motor Company they were extremely helpful and very polite. Even when it was delivered it was was clean and looked perfect, the delivery driver was lovely, really helpful. We will be back to this dealer for sure!

Pickering Motor company were brilliant from the moment we enquired about the car, right through to the delivery and aftercare. I originally found it online and spoke to the dealership about our needs, they were extremely courteous and supportive and gave great advice. They really made us feel at ease. The vehicle was delivered to us in a very presentable condition. We've not used it as much as we would have liked but its exactly what we needed. It fits the wheelchair in very nicely and certainly serves its purpose. I would absolutely purchase a vehicle from them again. Flawless service.
