The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The whole experience was absolutely perfect. It was a quick, straightforward process. Honestly, it couldn't have gone any better. I am very happy with the vehicle and have been using it every day since I got it. I would recommend them massively. They were so accommodating and professional. There was not one bit of pressure or pushiness from anyone.

I have done around 1,000 miles. Overall, very good. There was a guy helping me on the fourth court who allowed me to try a different vehicle. The whole process was very easy, and he gave me a van to try out. It was a good all-round experience with no complaints about the service. I was very impressed with the number of vehicles available.

I came across the dealership while browsing online. When we visited, two lovely members of staff helped us, one in the office and one who showed us around. They were both really friendly and helpful, and they even delivered the vehicle to us, which was a nice gesture. The delivery went smoothly. No complaints.

10 out of 10. I found Pickering to be a really lovely dealership. They made sure we had everything we needed and even offered to deliver the vehicle to us, which was nice. However, we ended up having a friend take us to pick it up. There haven’t been any issues while I’ve been driving it, and I would highly recommend the dealership. I’ve already recommended it to two people who are looking for wheelchair-friendly vehicles.

10/10! Very happy with the Ford Custom I got. I’m actually in the process of converting it into a campervan, which is going well so far. I went to pick it up in person, and I would say every van I saw was spotless — you couldn’t find cleaner vans! Mint condition. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely go back again.
