The customer service was great, they went above and beyond and picked me up from the train station which was appreciated. They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from. The only thing I would criticize was that the passenger rear door doesn't work, and I didn't notice until a few days after having the vehicle. Which is why I am giving a 4/5. would have been full marks if it worked or if I was made aware of this.

I did have some issues initially while in the dealership, however, Ben was great. He made sure everything was sorted and rectified in the end, which I really appreciate. He clearly cared about the customer experience and made sure that when I left, I was happy. I also spoke to a few other staff members, and they all seemed nice and helpful. As for the car, since driving away, there have been no issues and I’m pleased with it. So I can’t complain.

We are pleased with our choice, it is good for what we need it for, good driver and no issues. I was impressed with the great service from pickering so much so that I would definitely use them again in the future. They showed us around all the different options in the price range we'd given, and what explaining the differences and what would be best for us. We came back a few times before we decided. It was nice not to be rushed or pressured into buying and made the experience very enjoyable for us. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs the type of vehicles pickering sells. They definitely deserve the 5 stars.

I am so pleased with my new vehicle it is great no issues at all it is lovely to drive. The customer service at Pickering was fantastic, I can't complain, lovely staff, lovely vehicles! The only thing I am missing is the Jack an a few other things for my tyres. But I am still very pleased

Second time I have been to Pickering now, and each time they have been fantastic. I went with my daughter and son-in-law, and the staff were, of course, very helpful and accommodating to us. We weren’t left waiting around, it was a quick process but didn’t feel rushed. I would 100% return again in the future. There is such a great selection, and I’m sure if I was looking again, they would have what I need.

I recently purchased a Ford Tourneo Custom from Pickering Motor Company. I haven’t used the vehicle yet as I am waiting for some additional seats to be delivered, but the process was good and everything went as expected.

I knew what I wanted, I gave Pickering my money and had the van delivered to me. I was specifically looking for a van that was ex Motability as I wanted to convert it into a campervan. I couldn’t have been more spoiled for choice when I came across Pickering. Honestly, there is something for everyone with a very high selection of different vehicles with various specifications. The delivery was on time with no issues at all and the communication was great from start to finish. I’ve already recommended them to others and would definitely use them again. Oh, and I love my van!

The VW Caddy I purchased has been great. Pickering Motor Company was recommended to me by a friend, and I know three or four people who have used this dealership. I didn’t visit them in person the vehicle was delivered to me, and when it arrived, it was exactly as described.

After the purchase, we did have an issue with the AdBlue, but other than that, it has been good. I would still give it a four-star rating and would recommend the dealership to others.
