Found the car I was looking for well presented on their website.
After a couple of emails and a conversation with Ross, who was very helpful giving me a comprehensive rundown of the car and supplying a video of the car highlighting some minor defects reflected in price.
Decided to purchase the vehicle. All transactions were done promptly over email and phone and delivery was arranged to my home.
Car arrived on time and exactly as advertised
Would highly recommend

Drove from Essex up to the dealership to view and test drive a car only to find the description was incorrect and the car did not have the features as advertised which was the only reason I selected this car, seems they copied and pasted the car spec from somewhere else which you simply cannot do on a high end vehicle.
Was then refused a test drive once I expressed my concern and maybe a now lack of interest. Why I could not simply still do the test drive as I may of changed my mind but I’ll now take my 20k somewhere else. Very bad salesmanship and customer service I’ll be loud and clear throughout my social medial platforms to avoid this dealership.
Also may help if the salesman have a idea on how their cars actually work too. Salesman couldn’t work the menus or find simple features within the car.
Overall extremely disappointed with the experience I had from these young boys today which I will not name and shame on this occasion.

Totally agree with everything stated in this review. Drive 4.5 hours to buy a car which had 4k of extras missing. Totally mis-advertised and feel very mislead. Salesman had absolute lack of knowledge of the car we were purchasing. Manager asked for extra £100 to part x knowing we were in a no win situation. Wouldn't show his face to discuss. Total sham of a garage. Really thought as buying a top end car would be a fab experience. Totally let down. Look forward to seeing Reeds Auto in court!

I recently brought a skoda octvia vrs and I had a sales rep called Jacob he wasn't trying to push me to purchase the care he was very relaxed very helpful and most of all patient and I am very grateful for that. Whatever I asked for a close up walk round of the car and close photos he was more than willing to do this I WILL be definitely going back again 😊
