Frederick really looked after me and my son while we were getting him his first car. I thought he was a real gentleman throughout the process and I'd go as far as to say it was the nicest transaction I've had the pleasure of doing. I don't know how my son is getting on with the car but as far as I know, he's happy with it.

Anthony was my salesman and he was exemplary. There was a small problem with the door on my Skoda but it's something that neither I or Ponko would have noticed - they had it back in to fix under the warranty immediately as I reported it, further cementing the fact they're a dealership you can trust. Finding someone you can trust these days goes a long way, so if you're reading this, Ponklo are the good guys.

I'm a new driver and was looking to purchase my very first car...I knew what I wanted but that didn't make the search any easier. After visiting a handful of dealerships & feeling completely underwhelmed, I came across Ponko's advert online. I popped down to the dealership and was absolutely blown away by the atmosphere - Everyone was friendly, greeted me with a smile & genuinely couldn't do enough for me.
