I love my BMW 2 Series! It drives really well and I am enjoying the feel of it, I just hope we have the weather for it now haha. Haydn at Ponko was really good, everything was so professional but also relaxed and not pushy in the slightest which was really nice. Haydn was really knowledgeable about the car and gave me all of the information I needed.

I am an absolute car nerd so finding somewhere that lives up to my expectations can be tricky as you would be hard pushed to find someone that knows more than me about cars. However, Matthew was very good, he was young and quite fresh to the job but he was helpful and got me everything I needed so I was impressed with him. His service was good, he wasn't pushy at all, he offered the options but didn't force them on me when I didn't want them which was nice - I did actually end up taking one of the options which was the warranty so he must be good at his job haha. The only thing I would say is that when I took the car away I would have liked a more thorough valet, with me taking such pride in my cars I like them to be pristine so it didn't quite meet my high standards. Overall though, it has been great and I really like my VW Polo!

I got my Toyota Auris from Anthony at Ponko and he was really good and helpful! The car is running nice and everything is fine with it. When we collected the car it wasn't quite ready when we got there so we did have to wait but it was worth it as they made sure it was sparkling for us - I guess we were just too eager to take it away 😂

Haydn was 10/10, he was really helpful and got me everything I needed. There was none of that traditional pushy sales techniques, it was just nice and relaxed and a lovely experience. I took my Toyota Aygo for a test drive and it all went well so I came back a week later and took it away and have just been pottering in it since and it has been great so far.

My Audi E-tron is my first experience with an electric car and so far it has been great, I am definitely impressed with it. My wife has a diesel car so when we are doing a longer commute we switch between the 2 but so far the E-tron is far superior to the diesel! I purchased the car completely online which was a no hassle process. Haydn at Ponko kept me updated at every step of the way as it was being delivered to Northern Ireland. There was a slight delay with the delivery due to a sensor issue that needed to be fixed but this was all sorted before it was shipped out to me.

James at Ponko was a really nice man, he took the time to treat me like a human being and gave me the time I needed which was really good. I work in Customer Service so I know how tricky it can be to manage customers so I just really appreciated the way he took care of me especially as I was early but it was no problem for him at all. He needs to be employee of the month! He helped me take my Honda out for a test drive which was great as I wasn't from the area so definitely would have got lost without him 😂 I am doing around 120 miles a week in it now and she is just such a lovely car!

Buying your first car can definitely feel overwhelming, but I had some good support from my dad and partner. The Audi A1 I purchased has been the perfect first car and has been so reliable for the drives I've been on so far, with me having no issues so far. The staff at the dealership were friendly and patient, taking the time to answer all your questions and really took the time to explain the paperwork.

I've already expressed to the team how happy I was with the service but I thought I would leave a review as well because of the amazing service. There were two cars I had my eye on. One was at this dealership and the other one was closer to me. Both were brilliant cars but what really sold me on the car from Ponko was Frederick because the way he interacted with me was amazing and it really stuck in the back of my mind how he treated me. Top marks for my Volkswagen Golf and for the customer service.
