We came across Ponko online while looking for a Smart car and saw one advertised. During the purchase the service was good, although once the car was sold I felt there was no aftercare and the service did not continue. For that reason, I would give it 3 stars, as the car itself has been fine.

The BMW 3 Series we purchased is for my dad. He doesn’t do much driving, but it has been running well when he has been using it.

So far, so good with the Ford Fiesta. The car was spotless when I went to collect it, which I was happy about.

I dealt with two people when buying the car, Kye and Sam, and they were both very supportive. They helped me find the exact car I was looking for. I would give them full marks.

Cannot recommend Ponko enough. Richard was very helpful seeing to us and getting us seen too promptly. Heydon was very knowledgeable regarding the car we were looking at. When we came back to purchase the car Sam was very professional and great at explaining the different warranties they offer. He was also great at taking our old car off our hands. The car we brought did require a new flywheel fitted which they booked in very quickly and Steve managed to get all the repairs fitted in the day which I was very appreciated of. While they had the car they supplied me with courtesy car too. All in all Ponko are great and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Quick service from kye, I went to the dealership in person and everything went smoothly the car was valetted and everything was prepared efficiently. Since having the car I have been very pleased with it, no issues with it at all. I would definitely recommend Ponko and Kye as a salesman.
