It's a lovely car, I haven't had any issues with it so far. Haydn was really nice, and their service in general were very good. It felt very professional in the showroom. I did feel a bit more time spent on each stage would have been appreciated though.

I bought a lovely one owner car from Ponko about a month ago. I had a viewing appointment and my wife and I were treated to ground coffee until the sales man was just finishing his other apartment. To be honest I had some good friendly banta with Kai and Jason, to be honest they all were a friendly bunch.

We originally went to view a different car, to the one we bought. The car we viewed first wasn't in the best condition and we thought over priced. We then viewed a Mercedes GLA, which was a lovely, good condition car. The young man who took us through the process, was lovely, helpful and friendly. The place is great, with a good atmosphere. We are very happy with our new car

Having owned an Audi Q3 before I thought I knew what I was buying… turns out Audi decided to move all the controls around just to keep me on my toes! It’s certainly kept things interesting — I even managed to open the boot today while I was trying to do something completely different! I’d like this review to be for Jason because he absolutely deserves it. He was superb from start to finish and genuinely went above and beyond to help me out. The biggest headache for me was sorting out my private plates, which was nothing short of a nightmare. Jason sat me down, helped me fill in all the forms and documents and three weeks later they landed back through my letterbox. When I pulled into the dealership, Jason walked out to greet me with my plates under his arm — before I’d even parked the car! He fitted them for me while I had a coffee, sorted the rest of the paperwork and even refunded the fees without me having to ask. That level of service made me feel completely at ease. Jason was professional, knowledgeable and just a genuinely lovely chap to deal with. I can’t speak highly enough of him and would recommend him to anyone without a shadow of a doubt.

I'm rating 3/5 as the final check of the vehicle needs to be more thorough, e.g tyre repair kit the correct type and fit for purpose; any broken / damaged plastic parts etc. The SAT Nav works as it should: the Auto Stop works as the battery had to be replaced within a week cost over £150 as not covered under guarantee. Small details affect customer satisfaction.
