I absolutely love the Volkswagen Golf that I purchased from Ponko in July and we are very happy with how everything turned out.

I am giving a 4 out of 5 just due to the fact I have an issue with coolant leaking but I was told the workshop is only open in the weekdays, and I work in the week so I have just had to leave ti which is a bit disappointing. However the customer service was good the guy I meanily dealt with was very helpful and efficient. And other than the coolant issue I am pleased with the vehicle.

We had a few little hiccups with the car initially, having an issue with the brake pads. However, we called up and spoke to Phil who couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic. He told me to bring the car back and said he would get it sorted straight away. He even offered to take it back the same day, but I couldn’t, so I came back the next day and it was sorted for me straight away. The team knew I had travelled a long way, so they changed all four brake pads and discs so I wouldn’t have to come back again. It was very efficient, quick, and straightforward. There wasn’t any complaining from anyone. I honestly couldn’t have been better looked after. I would highly recommend Ponko. If I could give 11 out of 10 stars, I would. Honestly, thank you so much to the whole team.

I absolutely love my new car. I went for a Vauxhall Adam and it is just great with no problems at all. Haydn, as well as all the other staff, has been nothing but helpful and friendly. Haydn was very attentive and accommodating. I have already recommended him and the dealership to others. Full marks, 5 out of 5. I would 100 percent use them again.

Purchased from Ponko and everything's great. We did have an issue after collection but this was quickly resolved by the team and so far so good with the car.

Customer service was great, it was a quick and efficient process. After having the car for a short time, the engine light and tyre pressure light came on. I filled up the tyres, and both lights went off and haven’t come back on since. This happened around two weeks ago, but I’m keeping an eye on it to make sure nothing else comes up. The team at Ponko have been really responsive and have assured me that if anything does come up, they’ll book me in and get it looked at straight away which I really appreciated.

Started off a bit rocky but had a different sales guy take over and helpful , wrong description of car written up which was disappointing :( didn’t get anything knocked off the car because of this

Everything with my MINI Roadster, has been good not it's been sorted, I'm happy with it. At the start there was a problem with the battery, which wasn’t any good. Chris, the guy in charge of the engineer, helped me the most and got it sorted. I’m giving 3 stars because I think the battery should have been checked before I got the car… and the extra half a star is for the good coffee.
