Car was valetted and ready to go when I came to pick it up, there was no messing around it was all straightforward, I have been using the car here and there, it is a good run around and I have no complaints.

Recently purchased a polo for my son as he is learning to drive, we have been out in it a few times and he is really enjoying it. I found the customer service from Adam was spot on. He was very helpful and attentive. I would say it has been an all round positive experience.

I have managed to do a good amount of driving in the Ford Fiesta I purchased from Ponko back in July. When I was at the dealership, I dealt with Adam, the salesman, who was very efficient and helpful.

although dealer was great car had issues that a private mechanic found and sorted... Both front suspension mounts were knackered, the car had cheap nasty oil in it, all filters were shot and needed changing, all 4 tyres had gouges and wear on them, all 4 break discs were scorched, all break pads were badly worn and the tracking was bad.... Had to change all that and now the car is fine.... So 3 out of 5 just because the salesman was ok

Good helpful service. A bit hard sell on the paint protection and tyres not fully inflated but generally a good experience.
