Great customer service

We bought a VW Polo for our son from Ponko & he absolutely loves it. We had a couple of small issues with the car post-purchase but the dealership sorted everything promptly and we've had no complaints since, hence the rating of 4.5/5.

Before even considering buying a car, I wanted to visit a dealership to sit in a few models and see what I could fit in comfortably as I’m a pretty big guy. Ponko's pretty local so I headed down and was greeted by James. Credit where it’s due he was amazing and let me take my time. As far as he knew, I wasn’t even planning to buy anything that day, which made his whole approach/helpfulness even more impressive. He brought around an Audi A3, and I loved it—so cut a long story short that's what I'm now driving. I’ve just completed a 600-mile round trip, and it’s run perfectly, so I’ve got no complaints whatsoever. Thanks, James! —Alex

Overall I'm pretty happy with my 3 Series BMW. I found it through an advert of Ponko's on AutoTrader and arranged a test-drive with a guy called Hayden. He was patient in answering my questions (I had a fair few!) and never pushy - I think that's what I appreciated the most to be honest. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything. If I could suggest one small area improvement it'd be to try and reduce the waiting times for finance clearance, but I'm not even sure this is within the dealerships control. Four stars from me
