It's been just over a month since getting my 208 and it's been all good, I'm getting on well with it. Kye was the person who looked after me on the day and he was probably one of the best salesman I've dealt with.

So far my Golf is going really well. I do have a warning light on saying something about my registration number light but it's not a big issue. I know a lot of people around me who've got cars from Ponko, which is why I decided to go here and I felt they really looked after me.

Recently I bought a Volkswagen UP and overall, I’m very pleased with it. There was a chip in the window that I didn’t notice when I picked it up, so I’ll need to get that sorted myself. I also noticed one tyre was deflated at first, but since pumping it up, it’s been fine. Kye was the person I dealt with at the dealership and he was extremely helpful, and I thought the service from everyone in the office was really good. They were very generous with their time during the process as I asked a lot of questions, and they took the time to answer everything. I went for a satisfactory test drive, which really helped. I already had a good idea of what I wanted, but the team was happy to sit down with me and help narrow down my options. They gave me four choices, and I ended up going with the Volkswagen UP since I’m familiar with the brand. This was my first time buying a car completely on my own, and I felt lucky to find Ponko. They did an MOT before I picked up the car, so it came with a full 12 months MOT, and it was well valeted too. There was no pressure at all to buy any added extras and I felt that if I didn’t want them, they wouldn’t have pushed me.

Everything with my Ford Fiesta has been okay. There was a couple of cosmetic issues that weren't made clear. For example the Ford badge was coming off the front of the car and the leather was coming off the handbrake but I've managed to sort it now.

This is my first electric car, and the salesman took me through all the features. The customer service was good. The only criticism I have is that trying to get in touch with the dealership was difficult.

No issues with the Citroën Berlingo that I purchased. It does the job I need it to do and is a real workhorse. I did have to travel a good distance from where I live, if this wasn’t the case, I would give it five stars for convenience, as the overall service was very good.

During the first couple of days with the vehicle, I had a slight issue with a speaker, and I was impressed with how quickly Ponko got me booked in and resolved the issue. The aftersales service was very good. Another thing I liked was how simple the documentation process was on the day of the purchase.
