Everything just went super smoothly. Team all seemed genuinely nice. Had a minor issue with the car and it was sorted immediately with no issue. All in all great service all round

My son found the car for me and then we went to view it together and took it for a test drive. I was happy with the process when arriving at Ponko, and the documentation was straightforward to go through. The only criticism is that we went on a bank holiday, so it was a bit slow to start with.

I live locally to Ponko. I was browsing AutoTrader with an open mind about what car I wanted when I came across the BMW 3 Series. It has been brilliant, a really fun car to drive. I would give the experience a solid 4 stars.

So far, so good, the car has been great, and the customer service at Ponko was impeccable. They have been so good to us that we would return to them in the future due to the level of care both before and after the purchase, as well as how they look after the car.

It is a very good car that I bought and I really like it. I did not book in advance but turned up at the dealership on the day. I liked the VW Passat and the salesman was very friendly and helpful. I left with the car the same day.

The Vauxhall Zafira has been good and the customer service was all good. 5 stars for the experience over all.

So far, so good. I was happy with everything except I would have hoped for the car to be cleaned to a higher standard.

I have been enjoying the KIA Sportage since I purchased it. Ponko offered a good level of customer service, and I was able to go on a test drive. Four stars.
