I was in the market for a new car and had driven past Ponko a few times, so I decided to stop by when I was in the area. That’s when I spotted a Ford Focus and instantly fell in love—it was absolutely brilliant! Matt was incredibly helpful and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to drive away the same day. What stood out the most was the after-sales support. When I had an issue, Adam and the team went above and beyond to help, resolving everything quickly and professionally.

Everyone at Ponko was very friendly and welcoming, and it was a smooth service. I had a slight issue with the radio but this was sorted there straight away, and the car has been great to use since. 10/10
