My daughter and I had chosen a few different versions of the same Audi and ended up at PonKo. The lovely staff provided a free coffee and some ice cold air conditioning a a welcome respite from the scorching summer heat. So we were onto a winning start The car itself was fantastic. We made the payment via the open banking link they’d sent and were on our way. The only downside was that PonKo sales team don’t believe in the traditional method of negotiating when purchasing a second hand car. That was disappointing.

4 days after I got the Focus, the head gasket failed. Ponko was really fast at picking up the car for me and getting me a courtesy car in the meantime. I have had the car back now, and it seems to be driving alright. I was initially disappointed with the car failing but they have resolved the issue and the whole process was speedy.

The customer service from everyone I have met was absolutely amazing! I am a bit upset about the trade-in price for my Micra, as I saw it listed later for a larger sum of money. However, I can't blame them as they were all so beautiful to deal with. Jack, Steven, Walker, Alex and Janice were all lovely.

I have had an issue with the Vivaro, but Ponko has been really decent at dealing with it. I have had to take the van back to Ponko as my clutch pedal was getting stuck, but they have sorted it for me.

The VW Golf was fine, and my experience with Ponko was good. There was a scratch on the boot I was not made aware of or shown during the sale however, mechanically the car is great. They were really good and gave me the information, like previous checks and mileage, really quickly when I asked.
