I bought a Porsche Macan that I found advertised on AutoTrader at Ponko. Upon viewing the car, I was met by Haydn, who took me through the whole process. I thought he was brilliant, and to be honest, I couldn’t give it anything other than 5 out of 5.

I adored the Skoda Yeti I bought from Ponko, and my experience there was so good that my uncle went two days after me and bought a car as well. Definitely five stars.

I thought the staff were professional and did their best to make sure everything was done for us. This also applies after the purchase, as we are taking the car back next week for an engine management light, which we believe is just a sensor fault. I am sure they will resolve it for me.

Haydn was really good throughout the process. I was originally given a collection date and went to collect the car, but unfortunately it was not ready. The second time I went, it had not passed its MOT. I spoke to Haydn, who agreed that there had been some misinformation and was good enough to give me a £100 refund as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated. For that reason, I would give them 3.5 stars.

The customer service was excellent. They walked me through everything quickly and made it very clear what options I had. I didn't feel pressured into making any choices but was guided to make options that benefitted me most. Would recommend ponko to a friend. I was very happy with how friendly everyone was. Little things such as my wife and I being offered drinks while we waited, went a long way and made us feel comfortable.

Everything from buying the car to the service at the dealership was good from start to finish.

I have been getting on really well with my new Mercedes GLA. When I was at the dealership, I did not feel pressured in any way. All of my questions were answered, and I was given all the correct information I needed.
