So far everything with my sons car from Ponko is going good. He's learning in it for the moment but we haven't had any issues. Everything was done online but I was very happy with the process. It was delivered on time and even the delivery guy was great.

I had some minor issues with the car at the beginning, but the dealership managed to get everything sorted. They were upfront about the repair timeline, which ended up taking around three weeks. While the wait was a bit long, they apologised and even extended the warranty as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated. There was a bit of miscommunication during the process as I had to chase them a couple of times for updates. The car is now running perfectly, and the overall buying experience was positive. I’m happy with the vehicle and thankful for the time and effort they put into making things right. I’m giving 4.5 stars, mainly due to the communication, but otherwise, a good experience.

I can fully recommend Ponko. A great experience from start to finish with Haydn. Having only given 2 hours notice to see the car I was interested in, I was very pleased to see it looking immaculate and parked outside the entrance when I arrived. I was able to review the paperwork for the car in a relaxed, modern space, over a coffee, before taking it for a test drive. The process of agreeing a price for my part exchange and warranty package was fair. 5 weeks later and I remain delighted with my purchase and the experience I had from Ponko.

It's been just over a month since getting my 208 and it's been all good, I'm getting on well with it. Kye was the person who looked after me on the day and he was probably one of the best salesman I've dealt with.

So far my Golf is going really well. I do have a warning light on saying something about my registration number light but it's not a big issue. I know a lot of people around me who've got cars from Ponko, which is why I decided to go here and I felt they really looked after me.
