We had booked an appointment with Anthony to come to view a car I was interested in, and he was right on time to greet us when we arrived. He was attentive and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the process. There were a few minor imperfections with the Ford Kuga that we noticed during our visit, and I was impressed that Anthony took care of those before we came to collect the car. It showed he truly cares about customer satisfaction. Overall, the service was outstanding, and we’re really pleased with our new Ford Kuga.

I've got no issues whatsoever with my Ford Focus! The sales rep at Ponko was fantastic; he struck the perfect balance between being knowledgeable and not pushy. He provided all the info I needed and made some great suggestions without overdoing it. Before heading to Ponko, we checked out Norton Way Mazda, but unfortunately, they didn’t have anything in our price range. They recommended Ponko, and I’m so glad they did! My Tesla Model 3 is hands down the best car I’ve ever owned! Over the years, I’ve had my fair share of fancy rides—Porsches, Land Rovers, you name it—but nothing beats the electric joy of my Tesla. Haydn, the sales executive who assisted us, was excellent. He provided us with detailed information and patiently answered all of our questions. The process was incredibly quick, which was exactly what we needed, as we were looking for something practical and ready to use right away. Several friends recommended Ponko to me, and now I can see why.

Matthew was absolutely brilliant! He answered every question we had and even provided helpful details we hadn’t thought of. Honestly, we couldn’t fault him at all. There was a slight delay with the valeting of our car, but when it was handed over, it looked like it had just rolled out of the showroom—completely worth the wait! They even topped up the fuel to make up for the delay, which was a nice touch. If we could rate them higher than a five, we definitely would. Superb service all around!
