Matthew was spot on! This was my first time using Ponko, and I have to say, I’m really impressed. I’ve been local to the dealership for years and went to the garage before Ponko took over, and the transformation is amazing. The whole setup has a great vibe, and the atmosphere is welcoming. As for my BMW—it’s a dream! The performance and handling are top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the car. Highly recommend Ponko if you're looking for a great dealership experience.

James was absolutely fantastic. He spent the time to go over the car's features in detail with us and answered all of our questions. He was very thorough. When it came to the handover, I was astounded by how beautiful the car was. The presentation was stunning—it had been valeted to an extremely high standard, was spotless inside and out, and smelled incredible. James' attention to detail and care throughout the process really stood out. I could not be happier with both the vehicle and the service! Definitely recommended!
