I bought my Peugeot 208 online with Ponko and it is great for my daily commute. It is the first time I have done this online and had it delivered so it was a learning curve. The guys at the dealership called me about it all and getting it delivered but trying to arrange this around work was a bit of a struggle. We got there in the end though after some back and forth and I got all the details I needed about the delivery and process. The car was in really good nick when it arrived too!

Despite handling several customers at the time, Haydn still managed to get me what I needed quickly. Everyone at the dealership was really friendly and welcoming from the second I arrived. My Ford Focus is great too!

I bought my daughter her first car, a lovely little Fiat 500, from the guys at Ponko. It was like a breath of fresh air after having an awful experience elsewhere before. Haydn's customer service was second to none and was really helpful. It was a fabulous experience and my daughter is very happy with her car! I will definitely be back when my son turns 17, he is only 13 so thankfully I have a few years to save up before then 😂

I had an Audi A3 as a company car a long time ago and I loved it so I wanted one of my own. Ponko had just what I was looking for, with a low mileage too which really drew me in. James was quite a nice lad, he wasn't pushy at all and just gave me a really good experience. I took it on a test drive and was happy so I took it away the same day! With being from Reading I didn't want to make a second trip so I knew from the test drive that it was exactly what I was looking for and it is a very nice drive!

I love my BMW 2 Series! It drives really well and I am enjoying the feel of it, I just hope we have the weather for it now haha. Haydn at Ponko was really good, everything was so professional but also relaxed and not pushy in the slightest which was really nice. Haydn was really knowledgeable about the car and gave me all of the information I needed.

I am an absolute car nerd so finding somewhere that lives up to my expectations can be tricky as you would be hard pushed to find someone that knows more than me about cars. However, Matthew was very good, he was young and quite fresh to the job but he was helpful and got me everything I needed so I was impressed with him. His service was good, he wasn't pushy at all, he offered the options but didn't force them on me when I didn't want them which was nice - I did actually end up taking one of the options which was the warranty so he must be good at his job haha. The only thing I would say is that when I took the car away I would have liked a more thorough valet, with me taking such pride in my cars I like them to be pristine so it didn't quite meet my high standards. Overall though, it has been great and I really like my VW Polo!

I got my Toyota Auris from Anthony at Ponko and he was really good and helpful! The car is running nice and everything is fine with it. When we collected the car it wasn't quite ready when we got there so we did have to wait but it was worth it as they made sure it was sparkling for us - I guess we were just too eager to take it away 😂

Haydn was 10/10, he was really helpful and got me everything I needed. There was none of that traditional pushy sales techniques, it was just nice and relaxed and a lovely experience. I took my Toyota Aygo for a test drive and it all went well so I came back a week later and took it away and have just been pottering in it since and it has been great so far.

My Audi E-tron is my first experience with an electric car and so far it has been great, I am definitely impressed with it. My wife has a diesel car so when we are doing a longer commute we switch between the 2 but so far the E-tron is far superior to the diesel! I purchased the car completely online which was a no hassle process. Haydn at Ponko kept me updated at every step of the way as it was being delivered to Northern Ireland. There was a slight delay with the delivery due to a sensor issue that needed to be fixed but this was all sorted before it was shipped out to me.
