James at Ponko was a really nice man, he took the time to treat me like a human being and gave me the time I needed which was really good. I work in Customer Service so I know how tricky it can be to manage customers so I just really appreciated the way he took care of me especially as I was early but it was no problem for him at all. He needs to be employee of the month! He helped me take my Honda out for a test drive which was great as I wasn't from the area so definitely would have got lost without him 😂 I am doing around 120 miles a week in it now and she is just such a lovely car!

Buying your first car can definitely feel overwhelming, but I had some good support from my dad and partner. The Audi A1 I purchased has been the perfect first car and has been so reliable for the drives I've been on so far, with me having no issues so far. The staff at the dealership were friendly and patient, taking the time to answer all your questions and really took the time to explain the paperwork.

I've already expressed to the team how happy I was with the service but I thought I would leave a review as well because of the amazing service. There were two cars I had my eye on. One was at this dealership and the other one was closer to me. Both were brilliant cars but what really sold me on the car from Ponko was Frederick because the way he interacted with me was amazing and it really stuck in the back of my mind how he treated me. Top marks for my Volkswagen Golf and for the customer service.

I'm around 4 to 5 weeks into driving my Ford Fiesta but the car has been fine (touch wood) and it drives lovely. I originally saw the car advised on Autotrader and that's how I ended up on Ponko's website. It was nice to see the large stock of cars they had online to choose from. After a short read of the description of the Fiesta, I was happy to head down to the dealership and view it in person. When I arrived at Ponko the car was perfectly described! Nothing took me by surprises, which made the trip worth it. I was told the car would have a fresh MOT before I came back to collect it and it come back with no advisories. So I drove away with a great car that I felt safe in.

As things go I'm getting on well with my Volkswagen Passat. It was about a month ago since I got my new car but I think it was James who looked after me, who was nothing but polite and professional from start to finish. We were provided with lots of information about the car before/ during our visit to Ponko, which was nice to know he had the answers to our questions. When we went ahead with it, James sorted the paperwork out quickly and before I knew it, I was on my way.

Honestly I'm absolutely In love my Audi A1! It's been great on the long drive I tend to do, and everything works perfectly. Haydn was absolutely brilliant, I can't fault him at all. He was so lovely and patient, answering all my questions and filling me with confidence about the car. I came to look at it once and then arranged another day for a test drive. Plus, being local to the dealership made it super easy to find. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience, and I'd give it 5 stars without hesitation.

Great service from James. I saw the Jag for sale on AutoTrader and decided to go to Ponko to see it. James gave me a rundown of the car's history and let me take it for a good test run. I don't have a bad word to say about anything!
