This is a really good, reputable dealer. I bought my Mini Hatch Cooper from them and I am so happy with it. They got me everything I needed when I was there and even got me the paint protection that I wanted for it.

All the staff at Ponko are friendly and helpful. When I bought my Nissan Qashqai I gave them quite the challenge as I wanted to take it away within a few hours. They did say they would struggle to do a full valet but that they would try. It wasn't quite up to my standards but they did offer to clean it again for me if I wanted. Haydn was quite alright too and looked after me well. All a good experience really.

Picking up my new Kia Sportage on my birthday was amazing. It was such a great treat to myself and everyone has said how good it looks. If only someone else had bought it for me, that is the only thing that could make it better 😂 I am loving it though, it is a really nice car! It has taken some getting used to as before this I had a brand new Audi as a company car so the switch to an older car that is a diesel has been an adjustment. My husband is constantly reminding me it won't drive like my last one. The guys at Ponko were really lovely though. I said to them I am completely clueless when it comes to cars so I will be asking some random questions but they just took it in their stride and answered all my questions. They handled it all really well and were just so friendly and nice!

I got my Ford Fiesta and it has been great. I knew it needed some work done when I bought it as the guys were really upfront and honest so there have been no nasty surprises. I spoke to a couple of different salesmen as Matt originally sold me the car but then Haydn looked after me when I collected it. They were both absolutely fine gentlemen and it was refreshing to have them be so honest about things. Despite it being handled by 2 people, it was still all sorted quickly, as I expected, and there was no waiting around for anything.

I think the guys at Ponko may have wished I hadn't come in as I certainly put them through their paces! I am an engineer so it is just in my nature to be suspicious and do my due diligence so when Matthew was standing up to the challenge and could answer all my questions it is fair to say I was impressed. He was really patient with all my questions, even though he was juggling a few customers with it being a busy weekend and everyone was looking for a shiny new toy. I hadn't been behind the wheel in a while so Matthew took the time to understand that and took me on a test drive so I could listen out for any problems before I got behind the wheel myself. Since then I have got really comfortable in my Kia Ceed and have taken it on a few good runs of over 100 miles so I think if any gremlins were going to rear their ugly heads, they would have by now. No news is good news as they say! Would definitely use them again and I think it is a really good sign that the people in the dealership were repeat customers who had come out of their way to have a look at their cars.

Frederick was very helpful and understanding. He took the time to chat with me and understand what I wanted rather than just trying to push any old sale on me. I love my Volkswagen Golf too, it is the nicest car I had seen from all the ones online which is why I travelled from South End! It was definitely worth the journey and I would go back again if they had another car I liked in the future. My Golf just looks so smart and it sounds the part too!

Freddy was excellent. The whole sales process was seamless. He was charming and just made it all a painless process. Full marks for the sale!

I am quite enjoying my Ford Kuga. It is my first bigger car but it is quite nice having that extra space. I took it out a lot on holiday recently and it was really handy for going down the back roads and is certainly a lot smoother than my last car. Haydn was all fine, he didn't try to force the sale or anything it was just fairly straightforward and laid back. He had all the information to hand so could answer any questions I had. It was all as I expected and they did everything right but I never feel I can give a perfect score when parting with a big chunk of cash 😂

Matthew was good as gold! He wouldn't budge on the price but they never do anymore. Everything was all good though and it is running nicely. I don't get to drive it much as I am an international truck driver so I am always away in the truck. I can't wait until the summer though when I will give it a good run over to Spain and let it shine in the sun. It'll look well smart on that journey, much better than my truck anyway.

Love my Polo! Any opportunity I get to go out in it I jump on it. Just work getting in the way or I would never be out of it 😂 It is just a perfect drive! I had my eye on a Polo for a while and Ponko just had the spec I wanted at a good price. It was a 3 hour drive from me but I think it was worth it to get what I wanted. They offered us a drink when we got there which was nice of them but we had brought drinks with us so I can't comment on the quality of them haha. It was a gorgeous day when we went so it was just sparkling in the sun and just looked AMAZING! After the test drive I was sold and took it away within an hour. Nothing like an impulse buy haha.
