Ponko were quick at getting back to me when I made my initial enquiry, answering my questions in regards to arranging a test drive etc. They were also super helpful and friendly when I went to go and look at the car in the flesh, and I had complete confidence in them from the start which is unlike me! Very impressive.

Haydn took his time to go through the finance in detail with me, thoroughly explaining all the parts I wasn't sure about. He was very encouraging and helpful which I'm really thankful for. In the end I got the perfect Ford Kuga on the finance agreement that was perfectly suited to my budget.

The Mercedes-Benz A200 I purchased has been fabulous, I'm in love with it! This is my first automatic car and can't ever see myself going back. I searched high and low for a diesel, automatic four wheel drive Tucson and they just happened to have one over at Ponko. It was a nice easy transaction and I was made to feel like a valued customer. The car itself has been fine so far and I'm having fun working out all of the features!
