I can't complain, the car gets me from A-B and it drives nice. I had no problems at Ponko with any of the staff, they were all easy to deal with, I did a brief test drive and decided I wanted to purchase, it was no hassle at all.

All is good with the car so far. I think it was Ayman who I dealt with whilst at Ponko, and he was friendly and gave me all the information that I needed and made sure the car was all valeted and clean for when I collected it.

Everything has been great with the Audi S3 i recently purchased from Ponko. I did have to get the tyres replaced and when I mentioned to Adam that they were close to the legal limit, as it had passed a recent MOT there is nothing he could do which I can't argue with. Other than that Adam was actually great to deal with, really nice, no pressure on the sale. It was a quick and easy purchase, no hassle at all.

Customer service was good from Jawad he was nothing but helpful and I could tell he wasn't just pushing for a sale he actually cared about customers. I did have an issue come up after purchase with the handbrake button not working but they got me booked in and sorted it without nay hassle. There was a bit of delay in other areas. which is why I am giving a 4/5 but I would still use them again.

Based on my experience buying the Toyota Yaris, I would recommend Ponko to others, as Jawad, the salesman, was great and took us for a test drive before the purchase, and since then I've had no issues whatsoever and done a bit of driving but plan to be doing a lot more over the next few weeks.

The Smart car has been bang on, and the process was quick i was in and out, which is what I was hoping for, as I needed the car, and on top of that, it was all valeted and clean for collection, so it has to be a 5.

Adam at the dealership was good, he answered all of my questions, and other than a slight issue which is being resolved under warranty on Friday, the car has been all good. 4 stars
