Fred the sales advisor was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with, he knew how to talk to customers and be on the same level as them, he was someone you could have great banter with and he did not try to push you into the sale. My VW Golf is a great little car and it is lovely to drive, I am thrilled to bits with it.

Since I live a fair distance away from Ponko, I decided to use their delivery service, which was very convenient and reasonable. They delivered the car to my house and it was exactly as advertised on their website, the car was in superb condition, clean, and ready to drive. The delivery driver was courteous and professional and he explained everything I needed to know about the car and the paperwork.
