i just purchased my Jag from this garage. The sales assistant Fred made the transaction easier than any other dealership i've dealt with. he was kind, knowledgeable and very patient in answering many of my questions. Based on this experience, I would thoroughly recommend this company. We'll done Fred it was a 1st class service from start to end.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the outstanding service I received from Ponko during the time I spent here last month whilst buying my Volkswagen from them. Haydn used a friendly approach, there was no pressure selling used whatsoever by him. This made me feel comfortable and relaxed whilst buying my car from him, I am well pleased with my new car, it drives great and looks great.

I had such an amazing experience at Ponko in Cambridge with James, the communication was excellent and he went the extra mile at every stage of the process. I had an issue starting the car when I first got it, there was nothing actually wrong with the car it was something I was doing so the driver came back to show me what to do which was so nice of him. I could not have really asked for more. Thank you! 😊

I'm happy with my Vauxhall that I purchased from Ponko, the customer service was fab and the aftercare team have been really good in helping with queries I had after I made the purchase and everything has now been rectified which i'm very happy about. A solid five star experience.

I spotted the car I was interested in through Autotrader with Ponko. From initial contact via phone to booking a test drive, thru to collection of the car, I were treated with great professionalism. This is such a well run company and one of the best dealerships I have done business with. I was so impressed by the professionalism of their sales executive and the way that he handled things. James was absolutely wonderful, he bent over backwards to get me the car I wanted and when I went to see the car for myself it was lovely inside and out, he was also very helpful in explaining the features in my new car. All in all it was a great experience and I would without a doubt highly recommend them
