It was a swift, easy service with this dealer, we found the car advertised online, gave them a call and spoke to Fred who was mega helpful, friendly and polite, we arranged to go and see the car the following day, we liked what we had seen so said yes and came to pick the car up the follow week, it was that simple. I'm loving my Audi A1, It is really comfortable and a stunning car. I would definitely come back to these when I am ready for an upgrade

I just bought a Corsa recently from Ponko in Cambridge. Excellent service, no pressure and the sales person and his manager were very helpful, genuine and informative. I'm proper made up with my new car, I go to work and back in it every day and it's great to drive. I was also impressed by the follow up call that I received to check that everything was going okay after I purchased the car.

It was a fella called Haydn that sold me my car, I was impressed with his knowledge. The level of service I received was amazing, he kept me up to date throughout the process. I will, without a doubt, be returning for another car when the time comes. I'm very happy with my Corsa, it is a reliable little motor and runs well.

The car was competitively priced and in great condition, I have owned my BMW for about about a month now and it's running perfectly. The sales person Fred was such a great guy, He took all my requirements into account and he got me sorted with my car efficiently as I was in need of something fast.

I am delighted with the customer service from James, it was a smooth and quick process. From my first contact with them through to the handover of the car he were professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the car which was nice to see. I went for a VW Polo and I am over the moon with it, it is a mint car to drive. Highly impressed on the whole👍.

My Renault Megane is driving well and is doing exactly what I expected it to do. It is enjoyable to drive and is very comfortable with all the space I need. The salesman was very helpful and informative, let me look around the car in my own time and he was able to answer all of my questions, his knowledgeable was excellent. I will definitely be back when I am after my next purchase as they provided me with a 1st class service!

I was searching around online for a Citroen DS3 for my two twins because they are both learning to drive at the moment in this make of car and will be taking their test in one also. The sales guy that looked after me at Ponko was called Freddy. Freddy was extremely helpful and polite, one thing that really impressed me though is that on the test drive I notice that a warning light were showing on the dash and when I made him aware of this they dealt with it straight away before I drove off in the car. I rate these 4.5 out of 5 stars as I am one of those people that never gives full marks to anyone so this is a really good rating coming from myself. I managed a team in France for a company I used to work for and apparently over there if your happy you would rate between 2 to 3 stars with their cultural element and to get a 4 to 5 star rating you would have to be absolutely deliriously happy with things which is the case with me.

I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I'm really happy with the service provided by Haydn at Ponko, the service was superb, he were friendly and helpful and didn't cause any stress when finalising the purchase.. I have had no issues with my Seat and we are over a month down the line now, so fingers crossed I've found a reliable car!
