The team at Ponko have been nothing but nice to me and treated me amazing both during and after the sale. They have worked hard to make sure everything is right for me on the car and I can't thank them enough.

Things have been going very good with my Mercedes, it is the third car I have had from them over the years. As usual I was satisfied with the customer service and the guys were just as helpful and friendly as I remember.

As a family of five we really needed a bigger car, I found a Citroen C4 which ticked a lot of the boxes for me but I was very apprehensive as car buying is not my area of confidence. Hayden was absolutely outstanding he answered quite literally a million questions and put me at ease. I am not a very frequent car buyer but I would definately buy from here again and I can't recommend them enough to others!

They are a really friendly bunch at Ponko at no point did it feel awkward dealing with them on the phone or in person at the shop. A genuinely nice and chilled experience with no pressure or hard selling. My A5 is a brilliant car, so far its been just as it was sold to me with no hidden issues.

Just wanted to leave a quick review to let you know that overall I am really happy with how my buying process went with Ponko (or Reed Autos as I knew them buy!) The customer service I received was nothing short of brilliant and my X1 is a great car! I will undoubtably be rating them five stars,

I dealt with a gentleman called Chris and he couldn't have been more helpful during the sale and after. On my initial visit there were actually several cars that I was interested in and he got the keys to them all and let me look round and come to my own decision. He was very understanding and didn't hover or do any heavy sales. Not long after the purchase the engine light came on and it turned out there was an issue with the exhaust but I have to say that this was sorted out quite painlessly with the warranty and Chris assisted with this also to make sure everything went smoothly for me.

I have had no problems with my VC40 and the process of buying the car was nice and easy!
