1 I am thoroughly enjoying the mini. They are amazing cars and this is possibly my sixth including four of the original iteration. This was a distress purchase as my, not so old, Range Rover died on me unexpectedly. I therefore needed a fast replacement. I was looking for a reasonably inexpensive but fun vehicle. I went for a high spec and low mileage car.
2 I have never bought a car on the Internet before or bought a car without a thorough inspection by myself so I was on the back foot. And therefore, marginally anxious about the whole transaction. Exacerbating, this was the fact that I did not know the dealer or go to their premises to check out the bricks and mortar feel. So, it was all done on trust with there being some confidence in the 30 day gift back guarantee.
3 in the sales process was a positive experience. I was introduced to one representative who guided me through the whole process. The video is extremely explicit about the pros and cons of the car. Plus, all my concerns and questions were openly and honestly answered. The car was delivered, plus there was no interaction with any of the staff other than the driver(who was excellent and a very positive representative of the company). If I had to buy another car, I would certainly go back to this dealer and the more confident in the whole process.

Purchased a DS3 from Ponko in April, the car was beautifully clean they clearly pay a lot of attention when preparing the cars. The sales guy was very friendly and helpful. I would definately buy another car from here.

Everything went perfectly well when I bought my Tucson from here, the salesman I dealt with was really pleasant. I was able to take the car for a test drive and there was great communication throughout the purchase.

I have had no problems with my Kuga, its driving nicely. I was hoping for a couple more things to be addressed on it when I collected it but on the whole I am pleased with it. The chaps were nice enough to deal with and everything was quite straightforward.

We had been on the market for a new car for a little while but we weren't having much luck and felt let down by other places we had try to by from. We approached Ponko having never used them before and feeling a little weary. We couldn't get over how different out experience was here right from the beginning, the team were so friendly and welcoming. The process was incredibly easy and the car was literally ready for us to take if we wanted it... which we did! And all has be absolutely fine ever since, the car is great!

I got fantastic service from the lovely team at Ponko and would rate them 5/5! The Corsa is doing well, the only issue I had was with the battery but after I gave it a full charge it seems to be completely fine... touch wood! Other than that its a smashing car.
