I recently purchased an Audi A1 from Premier Car Supermarket and I am pleased with how the process went. Everything has been absolutely fine with the car so far. Whilst I was at the dealership buying the Audi A1, I received brilliant customer service from who I believe was called Richard, although don't quote me on that. Everything was absolutely fine from my point of view. Plain sailing!

We dealt with Telmo and a new salesperson he was training throughout our time there, and they were both great. The only thing that knocked Premier Car Supermarket down from 5 stars was the fact that the wipers needed replacement right away. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about. It was our first time buying from them. The last car we bought locally was from a big franchise dealership, and it was a bad experience, with the car being sold with loads of faults that were lied about.

Super and smooth service from Darren at Kettering. Made it easy to sort out what we wanted. No pressure, talked through every step of the way, went through paperwork, was knowledgeable. Very happy with our purchase and sorted out minor issues like scratches on the car before taking away. Would definitely recommend.

We were looking around for something, and my brother happened to buy a car from PCS, so we decided we would try them. I can't complain at all about our experience there! When we got there, they just left us to it and didn’t try to pressure us to buy anything. I would 100% recommend them to others.

After having a bad experience on another car we were very nervous of dealing with any used car dealership. Our experience with PCS Kettering has gone a long way to restoring our Trust. Ewan was an excellent and reassuring salesman, not pushy, allowing us to go at our pace. We selected a Vauxhall Corsa and were reassured by the pre-checks. Another vehicle that we had been interested in had failed this with PCS, so this kind of attention is welcome so that we knew we weren't buying a dud. The car when we collected it was valeted brilliantly and we are very happy with the vehicle. Good experience, and we are looking at a new vehicle for ourselves now that the daughter is sorted.

We vowed some cars with Allan’s advice and guidance. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient, especially as we were walking around looking at cars from one side of the lot to the other and in the rain. He did not rush or pressurise us. He was refreshingly honest and left us feeling confident and that we had been treated with brilliant service and that he was trustworthy. Would recommend Allan 100% and would definitely return.

Just picked up my new car from Premier Car Supermarket and had to give a quick shoutout to Kyle...absolute legend! He was super easy to talk to, no pressure, no salesy stuff but just straight-up helpful and friendly. Told him what I was after, and he nailed it. Found me a car that ticked all the boxes and made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected. He kept everything clear, moved things along quickly, and was just genuinely great to deal with.
