The salesman was very helpful he noticed some scratches and had them fixed. He arranged the collection to meet my working pattern. I think his name was Junaid. He was very helpful did not push the sale very happy with the service I received!

To be honest, dealing with PCK has been the best and easiest experience I have had with dealers. Compared to the bigger franchises like Arnold Clarke where they are really pushy, it was really enjoyable. The team were so sound to deal with, it was great. I will defo be going back here!

Buying my BMW from Premier was such a breeze, everything was nice and fast, the man that I spoke with when I was getting the car from here was always there to offer a helping hand without the pushiness, I cannot knock him for what he did for me. My Audi has been great, it drives nice and looks good also, Raj was fantastic, he was a nice lad that I cannot praise enough, I have not used these before, I came across them online of course I would use them again, Buying a new car can sometimes be stressful but Raj took that feeling away from me.

Without any doubts I would recommend PCS at Derby, everything was bob on, Raj was really sound to deal with.
