I came across the Mercedes with Premier Car Supermarket Derby branch on auto trader, I contacted them and spoke to Raj who was extremely helpful and I arranged to pay them a visit to take the car for a test drive. On arrival the car was ready for me, it was amazing to drive so I decided to go back to them and go ahead with the sale. All of the paperwork was done in no time at all and it was only a few days before I was able to go back and collect the car from them. Would highly recommend to others looking to purchase their next car. A high five from me ✋.

A special mention to Josh, he kept everything simple and got things done quickly for me, any questions got answered straight away, I was able to take the Evoque for a test drive and it was so nice to drive, I went back to tell Josh I wanted it and he told me to come back to collect it in two days time so that they could get everything ready for me. The car was valeted and lovely and clean inside. When you get good customer service like this you want to spread the word and tell other people about it, I will be one of those people that will be sure to do just that.

I visited the Derby dealership to buy my VW Golf and I must say I am well pleased with everything, so far, so good. The sales guy was an absolute gent, three words to describe him would be polite, knowledgeable and genuine. Every question I fired his way he was able to answer and he went into detail about the car with me. I cannot praise his hard work enough. A first class buying experience at PCS Derby. I will be back again when I am ready to purchase my next motor.

I am very happy with the Nissan Juke, I was looked after by Josh when I was going through the buying process with Premier Car Dealers, he was a very nice person, nothing was too much trouble for him, really accommodating, thank you so much for all of your help Josh, your a superstar.

This is the second car I have bought from Premier Car Supermarket in the last 6 months, I have loved both cars, but I found something better than the last hence why I returned again! I am one of those lucky people who doesn't have a mortgage anymore so I was able to buy the cars outright, therefore I can just pick and choose when it fits best! I did have an issue with the tyre on my last car, so I rang up and they got that sorted for me right away, so I know if I ever have an issue with this one, I have full faith they will help me out! I will keep returning to Premier Car Supermarket in Derby as they have been second to none with their customer service!

Josh did such a good job helping with the sale, I was really pleased with his customer service skills. He really impressed me with how he handled the situation, I had like 200 questions and he was very patient in answering all of them for me. He gave me a good demo of the car and a really god insight to all of its functions and how they operate. I would definitely recommend Josh, I thought he was brilliant.

The Ford is exactly what I was expecting it to be, I am so happy with it! It was my first time using PCS and I would definitely use them again, the team were so nice and easy to deal with, I definitely recommend.

Omg, the DS3 is absolutely brilliant, I have no complaints at all! It was so clean on the day of the handover she looked absolutely gorgeous! The main guy who I dealt with was Dom, he was really lovely, more than happy to help with anything and didn't pressure me at all. When I came to collect the car I also dealt with the sales manager and he was so friendly, every was really great it was such a good experience! I highly recommend.

The Peugeot is absolutely lovely! I do have some issues that need looking into but apart from that I absolutely love it. The gents at PCK were brilliant to deal with, really helpful and made the sale super straight forwards.
