After a long and hard search for the perfect car we came across it at Premier Car Supermarket. We organised to see the Jaguar and were pleasantly surprised at its immaculate condition, it is a gorgeous car and does gain in quite a few compliments. All of the staff were a great bunch of people, they looked after me exceptionally well, they answered all of my queries and provided a very detailed handover on collection! I highly recommend!

I recently bought a Jaguar F-Pace here and I'm over the moon with it, it's in a really good condition for a second hand car. My salesman was really friendly and helpful and everybody else I met was more than happy to help too. Raj is a very nice guy I have lots of time for. He is very helpful and nice. For reason I didn't like the inside of the Mercedes C class but I got in it and I was like hmmmm I said can I test drive and then I knew. I wanted the C Class. I like it lots. Premier Car Super Market will be first on the list to go to when its time for a car upgrade. 100%! I've bought a fair few cars, I have 3 sons you know buying them all cars, ect.. everywhere else is pretty cr*p compared to Premier. I can not recommend these guys enough, the customer assistance around the places unbeatable. The staff are supportive, very laid back but also interested in what you have to say. They kind of just left you alone but was there if you needed them, hard to explain. Hand's off but very there....if you get me. Just none of that hanging over your shoulder like other pushy salesman. These guys make you feel so welcome and comfortable around the dealership as soon as you arrive you have the most friendliest of staff approaching you, introducing themselves, ready to help with anything. Ill be back here with absolutely no hesitation! Singing your praises for the foreseeable! Can not tell you how happy I am!

My experience at Premier Car Supermarket would be up the with one of the best I have had, on reflection I think what would have really tipped the scales for me would have been some biscuits with my coffee 😜 The Kia I bought has so far been problem free and on the whole as advertised.

I am really happy with the customer service at Premier Car Supermarket and the A class is running well! I was pleased that it was serviced and MOT'd before I drove it away. Raj went out of his way to keep me updated throughout the process! The car was given a good valet before I bought it home but the mats had accidentally not been returned to the car. Raj was so courteous and posted them out to me to save any further unnecessary trips. Excellent experience.

So far so good with my X4, the car is absolutely stunning both inside and out. The gent who I dealt with was most helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure the car was ready for me to take for a test drive and took the time to explain things clearly and fully. Overall my car buying experience was a pleasant one.
