I purchased a car in January and in February had problems with it. Premier sorted the problem but then it happened again twice. Josh at Premier was very helpful and they booked my car in at Jaguar who then fixed the problem and premier were very good and supported me through the whole experience. Many thanks. Good service

Avoid them intended to buy a car Skoda MV66OEU, paid a deposit and purchase a train ticket non-refundable called them 2 days before on sat and spoken to one of the sale rep Alex ( Not a very best experience, didn't find him polite and helpful) and raised my concerns in short Doggie people and they don't care the time and money you spend with them instead they just money grabbers. Feel free to buy an expensive ride unless you want problems, no aftercare, and worst customer services.

Hello, I wouldn’t normally respond to something like this personally but it was myself who dealt with you from the beginning, How you can make such comments is beyond me. I could have done no more for you. You asked me for a description of the vehicle and I gave you an honest description, You decided there was something wrong with it before you came to our site and brought up a figure of £1200 to fix a problem with the vehicle that didn’t exist. The car had failed its mot on 2 very simple items and then had passed after the repairs were carried out. Cars do fail mots, it’s quite common. How you can comment on anything when you have never actually seen the vehicle is again beyond me, we have now sold the car and the customer is very happy with it. You would get on far better with the purchase of a vehicle if you simply listened to what you are being told.

Last week I bought my Nissan Quashqai from Premier car supermarket. Salesman Kyle made it so easy. No pressure.
Very relaxed. He was very efficient with all the paperwork.
Showed me all around the car and all the gadgets.
Would highly recommend.

My wife and I recently bought a four year old Seat Ibiza FR from PCS. I found Josh, the salesman, helpful, courteous and professional. We were very interested in the car on our first visit but he wasn't too pushy and we came back and put a deposit down on the second visit.
The car was spotlessly clean and tidy when we went to collect and the few minor issues had been rectified as promised.
All good so far and I would recommend this dealer and Josh in particular.

Took our 19 y/o son to get a newer car after his old one had major engine problem.
Friendly non pressurised service from Gemma who sorted the viewing and test drive and also arranged the finance deal.
New car serviced and valeted for collection the following day.

I bought an automatic Skoda Octavia 66 plate estate from this company
On 17/06/21
There were 3 issues with the car relating to some cosmetic paint work , sat nav and a missing feature on the car
They dealt with the sat nav a couple of weeks back and are going to snag the paint when the car goes in for service
Regarding the missing feature on the car the dealership asked me how I would like it resolved
They agreed to my proposal without any debate ,they would of course have taken the car back. If I wanted however it's a pretty decent car and I did not think that was the best course of action
A company shows its true colours when problems need resolving and I have to say that everything has been resolved to my satisfaction

Because of the way issues were dealt with I would have absolutely no hesitation in buying a car from them again
The company behaved in a professional and honourable manner. Leaving me with a sense of confidence in the organisation and its staff.

I don't recommend this company at all bought a car from them with no faults reported on mot the car had many after speaking to the company they was only interested in fixing the cheaper items on the car they ignore calls and don't call back when they say staff are very rude and unhelpfull I advise u read all there reviews
