I visited Premier Car Supermarket - Derby for my mum and found her Kia Picanto. My mum couldn't go on the day but she absolutely loves her new car now she has been driving around in it! Excellent service, can't complain at all.

Needed a bigger car for motorway driving as I am doing a lot of journeys over the M62 visiting my daughter and I don't like being in a small car on there. My new car has been great for this and has handled all the miles I do well. I knew what I wanted so it was just a case of finding somewhere with a good price and good reviews as I won't use somewhere if they have negative reviews and Premier Car Supermarket - Derby fit the bill, they are over 100 miles away from me but the price and reviews were too good to miss out on. There was an issue with the heaters but it turned out a connection had just come out so just needed plugging back in. Can't fault the service on the day either, the team really looked after me.

Would definitely recommend the guys at Premier Car Supermarket - Derby! I got my BMW 330E from them and they were amazing, they let me take the car out on a test drive and floor it so I got a good feel for it and let me go out for as long as I wanted. Junaid and Craig were such good lads, I would trust them to find me my next car as they just completely understood what I wanted. The service was amazing, for me I buy the experience not the product and these guys definitely delivered on that, within 2 minutes of chatting with them I was confident it was the right place for me, I felt like I had known them for years - I would take those guys on holiday! No complaints at all! My mum went down to Premier Car Supermarket - Derby for me as I was stuck at work annoyingly, but she said the guys were all great and she drove away in my new Ford Focus. I had to take it back due to the engine light coming on but the guys there were sound and got it sorted for me nice and quickly so I have no complaints.

My sister found my Hyundai Ioniq for me on google, we checked the reviews and went down to Premier Car Supermarket - Derby. The guys were great on the day and the gave us a good experience. The car is running great and I am driving it every day. They definitely get a high 5 from me!

I'm getting on really well with the car. Also I'm really happy with the service I received throughout the whole process of picking the car I wanted. My overall experience was really good. I had the same person from when I asked to view the cars to when I made my final payment of the car I chose. He was really helpful and did all the work to the car that needed doing before purchasing the car. This made it so easy to pick up from where the last appointment ended and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole thing. I'd definitely recommend family and friends to premier car supermarket for their future car!

Despite being based in Accrington, I found PCS Derby online and decided to make the journey. It was a decision I did not regret. The quality of service from Raj was spot on; he was such a lovely guy, and I was so happy with how helpful he was. My Vauxhall was in mint condition, and it had been valeted to a high standard when I went to collect it which really impressed me and showed that they take great care in the work that they do.
